2 Am in the morning and all the other places to grab a bite were closed so we ventured here. Its a small bar with eye-catching memorabilia and a few tables to eat at towards the back. The menu was strange which isn't bad it just had some combinations I'm not used to seeing. Tater tots being their main food... More

This bar/restaurant has a mexican flavor to its menu but also pizza;sandwiches;and vegan food. The food is adequate as are the drinks. The servers very good. It is a local hang out but friendly. If in the area I would go back. It isn't fancy but homey.

Great late night food. The Tachos are delicious. Great options. They only place on all of Frenchmen St. My husband had the red beans and rice which he said were awesome. Will definitely be back to try more. The service was pretty decent, nothing above and beyond. Side note- They are sell cigarettes, only place on Frenchmen that does.

This is kind of a dive bar in the middle of Frenchmen Street. We stumbled into it and it was one of the only bars without live music. However, they had a premade frozen Irish coffee. We tried it and I swear, heaven opened and angels sang when I drank this! I hate to admit how many times we came... More

Lovely atmospheric bar for a late night drink, or, in our case, to grab something to eat if you turn up in the district late at night when other places have stopped serving food. The service was friendly, the atmosphere good, and the food just right.

Stopped in here because there was a vegan option for my daughter. The food was good and service was wonderful. Not overly crowded or loud.

They have a half sandwhich and soup of the day special for $8.00. The tomato soup was great. We got 1/2 a grilled cheese and 1/2 a philly cheese sandwhich. They have a good selection of local beers. Frozen Irish Coffee is fabulous-$5.00, for a small and $6.50, for a large.

I visited 13 Monaghan based on a review and recommendation I saw in Delta's Sky magazine. It was obviously a locals bar scene with lots of foot traffic coming in for a drink and then leaving to presumably hit another bar down the street. The iced Irish Coffee was a popular choice. I tried it and would recommend it to... More

This is definitely a locals place. It's a dingy bar with food. A person in our party was vegetarian and spotted this place. What a disappointment. I was tempted to walk out which I should have done. The place smells of something that isn't good. One person was sick for a day and our vegetarian was rather embarrassed.
