Horrible food and the service was even worse!! My hash browns were still frozen and the ticket was very wrong. The server took forever to get our order and never came by to check on us.

Im so glad we saved Daisy Dukes for our last day because it blew every other place out of the water! If you are an omelette person like me, this place Is a MUST. Not only are they nice and fluffy, but they're also huge! Staff was pleasant and pretty quick. They're open 24/7 so there's nothing stopping you from... More

I believe this was the location of The Daisy Dukes I stopped at for dinner one night! I had the the New Orleans sampler. It was a nice variety of local food. What impressed me more were the two waitresses that were there. They were very friendly, helpful, and even interested in my well being. I asked for a to... More

Our group decided to eat at Daisy Dukes and we were not disappointed! The food was wonderful! We arrived and the waitress took our orders. Within 15 minutes we all had our food! After eating at many places in New Orleans over the weekend, Daisy Duke's was the best!! It had not been recommened, we stumbled up on it on the way back to the hotel looking for gumbo. The place is small so expect to wait, but is worth the wait. Our server was Keith, great service!! He took the time to... More

Hole in the wall dinner, low prices and large portion sizes. The food, however lacked seasoning. I was disappointed, tasted much like cafeteria food cooked, or hospital food.

$8 Bloody Mary's with free refills. How can ya beat that! The alligator omelet is amazing. The early bird special is well worth the price as well. To top it off, the service is even better than the food, you don't get that every day.

Was told Daisy Dukes had a very good Bloody Mary so we had to try it after one of those late nights. It was very good but the crawfish was missing due to it was out of season. The oyster poor was very good, too!

We were wandering down the streets of NOLA with no really clue where we wanted to go. It was my husband, myself and our 1 1/2 year old child in a stroller. We peeked in trying to find a place that wasn't outrageously expensive and would be an okay place to bring a kid into. I was grateful that I... More

At Daisy Dukes Restaurant in New Orleans, we don't do it fancy. Instead, we emphasize on creating a true southern atmosphere and providing the best cajun dining experience you can find in New Orleans. We have found great success in always serving great food, for a great price all with great service.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
