We ordered a Reuben and a roast beef poboy. While we waited for the food to cook, the clerk entertained us with a magic trick and some music! He was really funny. The food came out and we couldn't believe how much there was-we both...only ate half our sandwiches. We tried to find someone on the street who might like the untouched halves as we were asked for money or food so much during our trip, but no one was around. Place is dingy and dim but the food (and prices) are really good!More

This little grocery mart has a hidden gem in back! The most amazing deli you will ever eat at! The All That Jazz sandwich is incredible! If you are with a pal, it’s easily shareable. My husband got a traditional breakfast sandwich and loved it...as well! You won’t be sorry and it’s super cheap!More

We always stop by and pick up our lunch here. I get the shrimp poboy, my husband gets the chicken parmesan and the kids have gotten hamburgers and all sorts but everything is great. We usually walk over to the French market for a table....They also deliver! Hands down the best you won’t be disappointed!More

Best kept secret in the French Quarter; even frequented by the locals. This is a daytime/late-night deli and market similar to a NY/style bodega. The sandwich is fabulous, but so are the Mac & Cheese, Cole Slaw, Green Beans, etc. side dishes.

The shrimp po boy was very good and the spinach and artichoke dish was delicious. Great place to run in to grab a bite

I read the reviews and felt like I had to try the All that Jazz sandwich. I love a messy sandwich so it sounded like this one was right up my alley. It was not bad but the sauce didn’t seem to have much flavor....My friend got the shrimp po boy, which he said was good. The market is a little out of the way but easy to find. We did not have to wait long to order and after a little bit of a wait our sandwich was ready but no one was manning the register. We waited for what felt like an eternity for someone to ring us up. There was one person in front of us when we got in line and by the time the cashier finally appeared from the back, the line was seven+ people deep. It was annoying to have our sandwiches in hand gretting soggy while we waited to pay. There did not seem to be anywhere really close to the store to take your sandwiches. We headed towards the French Market and ate on some benches. There is also a nice park (Latrobe Park) with a fountain right there too - both are about a five minute walk.More

Hit this spot when your belly’s growling from a night of drinking. It’s not much to look at, but man is it a hidden gem. The chick is the deli was overwhelmed by the three customers and we stood there for a while and thought...about bouncing, before the grill master steeped in and took our order. There’s a huge selection, enough to satisfy any palate. I chose the shrimp philly and man am I glad I did.. cheesy goodness with grilled onions, it did not disappoint. Enough for two people, I ate half and handed the rest off to a local urban outdoorsman, who was as happy as I was. If you’re in the area, make the trip, it’s a bomb spot.More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty

around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively

I would say better for lunch. There is no seating. You just pick up your food to go. Very casual. Good food.
