We had the yard bird pizza, burrata salad, and some drinks. Our server was one of the top servers I've experienced which I can say consistently about our experience in NOLA. Loved everything.

We went to Domenica the first night of our anniversary trip to New Orleans. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was perfect for a nice dinner out and the food was delicious. Primarily Italian cuisine but lots of options and everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing!

I researched this place before my trip to NOLA, the pizza looked so good in the pictures and it didn't disappoint. We made an Open Table reservation for 4:15 on a Sunday afternoon and glad we did because the restaurant was full by 5pm. Now granted the time was around when a Saints NFL game ended however I think they... More

We had a lunch of Pizza and although a little spicy, it was good and the place was crowded every time we walked by it for 3 days.

We slightly stumbled upon this place but we're really glad we did. The pizza was excellent and we managed to go during a happy hour which meant that wine was half price (which is always welcome). Our waitress was really attentive and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in New Orleans.

The pizza was delishious and the service outstanding.nthe waitress Andrea was very nice and helpful with the choices. Great to visit during Happy hour from 14:00 to 17:00. Half price of all pizzas and beer, wine and other drinks. The spaghetti dish was to die for. Visited twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Strongly recommend.

Yes it's over priced pizza, but it was delicious. The starters were sublime, John Besh is my new food hero, loved this whole head of cauliflower with whipped goat and feta that I've cooked it back in Oz for a party, thank you! It was a great fun last night in NOLA and since we had enjoyed so many Besh... More

crowds at all times, the food is great, the service as well it is located at the lobby of the roosevelt Waldorf Astoria, the lobby a must, and extra if you go and see the old watch at the east entrance

Domenica is a contemporary and inviting Italian restaurant that creates regional Italian dishes with southern and middle eastern influences. The cuisine combines Chef Alon Shaya's Israeli heritage and love of local ingredients with a menu that reflects his time spent cooking and living in the small towns of northern Italy.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
