My husband and I had dinner here. The service was a little slow at first as they were busy but then improved. The food was good and our waitress very friendly. We had the "taste of New Orleans" and blackened shrimp Cajun jambalaya".

We ate here for my birthday breakfast. The menu had a good amount of choice and the food we received was of excellent quality. We even had mimosas to celebrate. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Gumbo Ya Ya is a must when in the French Quarter. I had a seafood platter and my husband had the gumbo sampler. We were extremely pleased. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is great. Will definitely return.

We were told a 35 minute wait, ended up being 50 min. And half the restaurant was empty! Our waitress was very slow and the food took forever to come out. And it was cold. My daughters pasta was overcooked. My chicken tasted like fish....More
