We recently discovered Revel and have now been there 3 times in the past 6 weeks. The cocktail menu is superb. This is a great place to get-away from the crowd in the Quarter. You can ride the Canal Street streetcar to the restaurant. Exit...More

We went to Revel choosing it randomly from a list of bars that were "hidden" in New Orleans. We plan on visiting when we go back to New Orleans in the future. The bartender Chris owns this place and his wife is the waitress. Chris...More

Had late dinner at Revel after Krewe de Vieux. A burger with non-descript topping was accompanied by flaccid French fries. Hungry as I was, It filled the bill, but were it more exceptional, I would have had more to say. In their defense, I was...More

We spent a long day visiting the City Park, NOMA and sculpture park and needed to sit down and relax. Cocktails were fantastic and the bar tender really knew her stuff. My favourite was the “Blue Train” but the “Pimms” was also delicious. I had...More

I did not notice this restaurant until I was searching for new places to dine on Carrolton on the Internet, the last time that I was in NOLA. I drive past this place constantly. I can't believe that I missed it. It looks like a...More

What a pleasant surprise, we went in not knowing anything about this place... service was easy and accommodating, food was great! Oyster chowder was off the hook. Will definitely return!

I've been to Revel twice now--once for lunch and once for dinner. When I went for lunch I ordered the hamburger. This was definitely not their specialty and I wouldn't recommend it. The second time I went I ordered the TNT Gulf Fish. And it...More

They've expanded their menu choices, added a peanut butter burger along with their normal, delicious burger. Peanut Butter Burger 7oz. Painted Hills Beef patty on a brioche bun with peanut butter, cilantro, basil, mint, jalapeño, sweet chili sauce, with a carrot and celery slaw. $14....More

I am so glad you loved our peanut butter burger. It is our homage to the wonderful cuisine influences of Vietnam Nam in New Orleans. I hope we are granted the privilege of serving you again soon. Thank you.

First you have to sit at the bar and let the owner Chris fix you a cocktail. There are plenty to choose from or just tell him what you like and he will create a great drink. Very talented guy. So is the other Chris...More

Knowing the McMillians’s reputation (Chris is a well-known and respected 4th generation bartender), we looked forward to our first visit to Revel. I expected great cocktails, but our meal (we shared several small plates, an entree, and two desserts) was an unanticipated bonus. The chef...More
