I would like to communicate how disappointed and unprofessional I am with The Melting Pot. My wife and I were very excited to have our favorite time of the year, Valentines Day at the restaurant. We have eaten at the restaurant celebrating this day for...many years. Not only having made my reservation 3.5 weeks ago and for seating in the area known as "lovers lane", the host that I talked to when making this reservation said there were no problems accommodating my desires since I called so early. I decided to confirm my resetvation today (3.5 weeks later), and they communicated yes I had a reservation but they could not guarantee my seating preference. VERY DIDDAPOINTING FOR ME BUT EDPECCIALLT MY WIFE. I will never go to this place again! Since under new management this year, the place has gone downhill!More

Kailey E was our waitress and she was amazing! She was friendly and helped us make our decision. Kailey was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed!!

Prompt, courteous, thorough, and just a joy to have such wonderful server. Great information about our meal options, explained everything we asked her, just a great experience at The Melting Pot in Madison. Definitely gonna go back.

I was there with family as a gift to my grand neice. It was a nice experience. The only problem was trying to understand the menu. It was confusing and our waiter had to explain it a couple of times. We had to asked twice...for more water, tea, soda, and boxes. Place was not that busy.More

We had a wonderful 4 course meal at the Melting Pot. Our server, Olivia, gave us just the right amounts of alone time between the courses. She was so helpful explaining each course and what she was making at the table. The Wisconsin Trio was...good, a little onion-ey, but still yummy, we'll probably will go back to the Wisconsin Cheddar next time. The Strawberry Almond Salad was amazing! Our entree meats were prepared wonderfully, I recommend the Teriyaki Sirloin, my husband says the Cajun Filet Mingon. We decided on the Flaming Turtle for the chocolate course, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Melting Pot, for making our 11th Anniversary the best one yet!More
