From the several dishes I have had here, all are good, authentic Chinese dishes and have me coming back for more.

Although the hotel we were in gave them only an OK rating, we found the food to be very good. It was delivered hot. Portions were more than expected. We would order from here again.

This restaurant was very close to my hotel, so I decided to give it a try while in the area on business. It's a very small location with only one table inside, but the service was fast and food delicious. I chose to eat there,...and while it clearly isn't designed for eat-in customers, I wasn't disappointed after trying the food. Their delivery business was buzzing the whole time I was there.More

We moved to this area and ordered their Sweet Sour Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Crab Wontons and Fried Dumplings for lunch which came with pork fried rice. The only great item was the crab won tons. The Sesame Chicken was dry/hard meat as if 'reheated'--same as...the rice which was hard including the pork pieces in the rice. We were so disappointed we will never try them again. Their pricing was ok compared to other Chinese restaurants but for the quality--charge too much. I felt we were served left-overs. The Sweet Sour Chicken was only dark meat chicken. I hope this review gets the notice of management to check on the staff's procedures. Their menu is so large I wonder if that is why they may have given us 'left-overs'. I have a degree in Food Management. We usually have gone to the West Towne Mall for Sesame Chicken but that is a hit or miss. We will keep searching for quality Chinese food.More

As with all the Chang Jiang chains in the area, the food can be quite greasy, but the portions are huge, the prices are decent, and the food doesn't taste bad at all. Your orders are completed quickly and sometimes one order can last 2-3...meals.More

Service is slow and extremely rude. I ordered delivery first time it took over an hour and we live 5 minutes away, I asked for the house special with no veggies and when we got it it was packed I repeated it 3 times when...ordering just to make sure. Second time there was hair in our crab ragoon and I called to let them know, the phone operator hung up on me twice before getting it corrected. Food was horrible quality, the broccoli was wilted and flimsy, the chicken and beef were chewy and stringy. I'm done dealing with this place it is a waste of money!!More

It might be the best in Madison, but it is remarkably average Chinese Take-Out. The prices are good, the food is fine, delivery times are average, but there is absolutely nothing special about it. Definitely avoid eating in; there is no atmosphere at all.

I have been taking out lunch and dinner from this restaurant for more than 1 1/2 years. For Chineese fast food, they are excellent. The decor is God-awful, but hey! It's carry out!! You can see right into the kitchen, so one can see what's...happening. One can eat prepared, hot food for less than the cost of a happy meal.More

This Chang Jiang has got the best dumplings in town, both steamed (my favorite) and fried. Actually, all their food is good and their service is fabulous. They are quick to deliver and very friendly. I would and have recommended them to anyone.
