This place is one that I will definitely return to and make sure that if I am ever in Middleton I visit every day. The bakers spend so much time creating and mastering their baked goods you can taste it in every bite! I came here on an off chance we had some time between national track meet events for... More

I am amazed by the quality, taste and visual appeal of the vegan gluten free cake. We had a party 50. The cake was beautiful and the taste was amazing. Our guests did not know the cake was gluten free and vegan and commented on how delicious it was.

Yes, we all know that Bloom is the best choice in Madison for cupcakes. I've recently learned that their biscuits are phenomenal. I have no idea how they make them, but they are absolutely worth it. Try one with honey and butter. Sublime!

This was such a wonderful experience ! I am a vegan who does not have the opportunity to eat many gourmet treats. While in Madison for work I made a point to stop and get some treats to enjoy during my trip. The baker who was working was really kind and made great recommendations, because sadly you can buy and... More

The bakers take local ingredients and create wonderful treats. They also create the best gluten free and vegan treats I have been able to find in Wisconsin.

Bloom is the neighborhood bakery you imagine a hipster little red riding hood buys all her treats for Granny. The store is adorable. The treats are pretty. (Check out their wedding cakes). However, I must be missing the chemicals because most of the treats aren't quite as amazing as I hope they will be. At $2.50 for a cookie (sorry,... More

We enjoyed a few handmade delectable goodies on a recent summer visit. The doughnut, cupcake, and pastry that we sampled were delicious. You'll find what I would consider unique offerings not found in mainstream bakeries. The food is made with care and attention to detail. We noticed a baker mixing dough and proofing a few loaves.

Bloom is located in downtown Middleton not Madison. The caramel brownie and cupcake were heavenly. Decadent, moist and prepared with care and love. Local ingredients when possible and vegan and gluten free options. Best cupcake we have had in the Madison area. Connected to a charming novelty shop. Only one small table inside.

Stopped in with a friend one afternoon and after much discussion decided on the "Beet Cupcake." It was just amazing! Fresh and moist and incredible tasty. We chatted with one of the women working there who said they like to use produce in their baking, and this is definitely a reason why. Friendly staff and cute store conveniently located next... When Bloom opened over 4 years ago, I remember telling my wife that there was no way that a high end cupcake shop was going to make it in downtown Middleton. Now I'm ready to eat my words and some more of Bloom's delicious deserts. There deserts are not your typical grocery store cupcakes or even those you might find... More
