We went for the Friday night fish fry, arriving around 5:00. Found a table near the bar. Our server was great and had helpful suggestions and a great sense of humor. The place began filling up around 6 and we were immersed in a sea of red as fans began arriving before the women's volleyball game. On our memory lane trip to Madison this was a great choice. Parking is a definite challenge!

Ate fish fry here. Excellent food for the price and service. Near the stadium. Great place. We recommend to out of towners as it is a good value and service is great. Highly recommend.

went on a Friday and it is always busy but the service is ALWAYS amazing!! Their employees are so nice and they HUSTLE always helping each other out!! The cod Sandwich is so delicious and HUGE!! My husband tried the Cajun chicken sandwich for the first time and it was the BOMB!! I can not wait to go back to order it for myself. Have never had a bad meal here. And honestly we usually leave places feeling unsatisfied but never here, always feel happy about the food we get!!

Colleague wanted wings and figured we would give this place a shot. Normally I don’t expect much from these “sports” bar establishments, but this place has changed my way of thinking. Started with the dry rub wings and they were seasoned and cooked perfectly. My friend being from Texas had to try the brisket and they served it just the way he liked it. I had the Carolina pulled pork panini and I was thoroughly impressed. Bread was fresh and crunchy and the pork and slaw were delicious. They of course had a very good selection of beer and our waitress was extremely friendly and patient(there were a lot of brisket questions). I am looking forward to my next trip to Madison so I can return to this restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick burger and a beer - great choice. Had 2 recommendations before stopping - they weren't lying. Tasty char-broiled burger - had a craving for that. I believe our server was a young blonde named Ashley. AWESOME!

We were looking for tradition and we found it! Hubby had the pan fish and fries. He said they were very tasty, perfectly cooked, and not too greasy. I had the cod and chive potato wedges. A little greasy but overall very good. Cole slaw was great. Our server, McKenna, was very helpful, attentive, and a fun guy.

Having eaten here with friends a couple months ago, a friend and I returned to see if the food really is as good as we found it the first time. It is! Friday nights are really busy for the old fashioned Midwestern fish fry. It is also a popular stopping off place before and after UW fieldhouse events. It's first-come, first-served on tables. Parking can be an issue as the establishment lot is small, but there is parking on Regent Street and nearby side streets. We both ordered the Blue Gill. The dinners come with choice of two sides. The portions of the fish are very generous and we both had more than we could eat. The menu has four or more choices on fish, other dinner entrees, as well as the usual bar fare of burgers and such. The service is excellent.

We had a group of 12 and arrived after the HS FB Championship game. They found a table for us on a busy night and delivered good food with amazing service.

Jordan's Big 10 Pub is THE go-to spot after going to a Wisconsin Badgers game. Located across the street from Camp Randall its perfectly situated. If you don't have game tickets.. go here to enjoy the atmosphere and celebrate a win by Bucky Badger.

Food and service pretty poor on game day. Arrived at 11:00 and game was at 6:30. Nowhere to sit and could not order from the menu. Food outside was mediocre. Chili bowl half full for $4, no reason for me to return. If you want a beer, place is good enough, otherwise, I would go elsewhere.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon before UW was in session. Not crowded and easy parking. Food was exceptional and the dessert was carrot cake cheesecake, yes, the best of both worlds. Homemade by the in house chef. He really has a flair for presentation of the food he obviously enjoys creating for guests. Would highly recommend if you are in the area. Prices are reasonable for the area. We plan on going here before or after our hockey games this season. Lacey was a great server and her enthusiasm for her job made our meal quite enjoyable.

Jordan's is a legend for their excellent Friday Fish fry and this visit did not fail. I have ordered the beer battered cod and it's always been tasty with generous portions. Had lunch with a friend today and this time I ordered the lightly battered perch with sour cream and chive cottage fries. Interesting and tasty coleslaw vinaigrette with shreds of kale. So much food I had enough remaining for dinner!! The perch was excellent. Certainly not low-cal but this pub food REALLY delivers and the wait staff work hard and have excellent customer service skills. (TIP THEM WELL.) The fish offered depends on what fresh fish is locally available but they normally have walleye, bluegill, cod, and perch. If you go I'd advise arriving early (11:30ish) or later (1:30ish) cuz tables fill up FAST. If you are a sports fan there are big screens and small screens with sports coverage everywhere.

We were greeted and quickly served. The bartenders/servers were very friendly and attentive. They worked as a team and it was great to see. Friends were in and had sandwiches and they were very happy. We just had chips/salsa and wedges. The salsa was fresh, tasty and a bit spicy. The beers were nice and cold. I can't wait to go back.

Jordans is a great local spot if you’re looking for reasonably priced drinks and food. The food is fantastic, higher quality than some other much more expensive restaurants nearby. Well they have a great fish fry on Friday, but try the salmon (sandwich or salad) any day of the week, and you won’t be disappointed!
