It's right on the Main Street so it's easy to spot. It's also close to most of the hotels. The staff was friendly and fast. The food is good and not expensive.

Overall the food was good, just note what we are used to here in Texas. And the waiter seemed have a difficult time understanding us. We ordered nachos for an appetizer and they came with the meal. The nachos were great with a combination of cheeses and I ended up eating them instead of the entrée. We ordered beef fajitas... More

We were tired and hungry and our first choice looked like a dive bar from the outside. So we ended up here somewhat by dumb luck and somewhat through the ok reviews on trip advisor. We almost left when we drove up to find it tucked into an inconvenient strip mall of sorts with difficult parking, but at this point... More

If you don't have your eyes wide open you can easily miss this place because their sign is very worn out and you can barely read the name of the restaurant. The place is small, so not very good for large groups, but the food is good. We also tried the michelada drink (Clamato juice and beer) and it was... More

I was hoping for authentic southwest Mexican food, not. Our texmex at home much better. Good bar, bad food

A lovely friendly restaurant run by Mexicans, serving authentic Mexican food. Very large portions, so beware of ordering too many dishes. The nice interior belies its bland exterior.

Our service was the best part. Food was so-so, fairly typical menu. We did have to wait 20+ mins for a table but the wait staff and hostess made up for that with the quick turnaround.

We were traveling through Cortez and stopped at Tequila's for lunch. Our group of 4 got great service. They immediately served water, chips and salsa (very tasty), and then they took our drink orders while we looked at the menu. The lunch menu was reasonably priced and there were plenty of options. We didn't have to wait an unreasonable time... More
