We stumbled on this place a few years back when visiting Mesa Verde national park. We pass thru here usually once a year road tripping and stop here anytime its close to eating time. Cool old school car hop with great burgers. Big old fashioned sloppy burgers. You'll want to ask for extra napkins. Fries are great too and the... More

I'm a car guy and like going to drive-ins. We had just arrived and needed a quick dinner. We were going to Sonic's that we passed on the way in (checking out all the dinner choices) and on the return trip saw Burger Boy - went there instead to patronize a local establish (when possible). The food is typical drive-in... More

We loved going to Burger Boy during our three month stay in Cortez. The drive in dining brought back such fun childhood memories. The food was great and such a great value for the money. Excellent service!

I usually get the basic. It doesn't have too many ingredients and they use cheddar and real eggs - no processed junk.

A bit of nostalgia, takes you back in time. The drive-in is so cute and easy to get to - right on main street. The burritos are EXCELLENT and HUGE! Service was fine, she was very friendly and the food came out in a very acceptable amount of time given that they make each to order. We couldn't eat all... More

Right on main street, easy to see and get to. Definitely an old style burger place, that is obvious...place has seen some miles...nothing fancy here....just a trip back to simpler times. Be forewarned parking is tight....and risky to bumpers and mirrors, so choose a spot wisely. There is no walk up window to place an order, there are no Sonic... More

Stopped in here for a brkfst burrito after friendly local recommended and pointed the way for me. Genuinely friendly server took my order and gave me directions to clean bathroom inside. Had a nice chat with server when she brought out my burrito. It was very good and perfect size. I will be back!

Service was friendly but slow. Burger was average ... Very filling because of all the lettuce and pickles....more garden burger than beef burger

I took our three boys ranging in age 8-11. They each had a kids meal which included a basic cheese burger, fries, a drink, and fruit snacks. About $5 each with tip. Lunch was crowded so we had to walk up. This a drive up, like Sonic. It took some time to get our food, but the boys were happy... More

We had burgers which is what I believe this place is all about. I have only been there once so I can't say we are experts. We stopped because it was around lunch time and it was packed with cars and mostly trucks. There were no available Car Hop spots so we just cozied up as close as we could... More
