We ordered the ribeye and shrimp with pinacolada sauce. Both were very good . Sit out on the patio - it's on the road but you wouldn't know it due to the foliage. They have some local brews in bottles. Staff is very good .

We found this little gem based off of Trip advisor. The restaurant is an old house converted into a restaurant. The homemade bread and jam was delicious. The kids meals were fair priced and large portions for kid's meals. The steak was cooked perfectly as well. Plus, they had sweet tea with a tiny refillable pitcher on the table. Great... More

We ended up in Cortez by mistake but this dinner made it worth the extra mileage. Steaks and Crab legs amazing. Drinks were the best we had on our trip.

The Shiloh Steakhouse is on the corner among cool greens trees, flowers and shrubs....and you could easily miss it from the road....Its a real pleasure to eat here. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent value for money. But what makes it brilliant is its range of cocktails and beers....I had the Durango Wheat Beer which... More

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was good. It was recommended to us by local residents the previous day and if the locals eat there we felt confident trying it. We were not disappointed.

Remember, this is a steakhouse. They specialize in meat dishes. The servers are very friendly, efficient and entertaining - we were a group of 19. The menu selection was very good with some unique offerings, such as elk and the misnamed buffalo (should be bison).

We were seated in the outdoor patio area. There was a waterfall and pond and lighted trees in the dining area. We felt like we were sitting in a lush garden. The food and service was excellent. We definitely would recommend this restaurant.

Chose this since it had such great reviews on TA. However, were presently surprised to see they had a lovely the outdoor patio. Lush with trees, flowers, and a coy pond. The food was excellent and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

After trying to eat here for 2 nights (they were closed), we were happy to get there on our third try. We should've stopped at 2. From the moment we were seated, we felt unwelcome there. The host/waitress seemed very cold and unfriendly. We were also told to pass our cups down to the waitress if we wanted to be... More

The patio is a nice touch, I was here maybe four years ago, it's about the same. I had a ground buffalo steak with bacon wrapped around it. Yes it's lean but so dry. Had to use A1. Bread was real good, pinto beans had a vinegar after taste....strange. My server was a bit bummed it was just me, sorry... More
