My husband and I visited this wonderful restaurant 3 times and it's so good. Misty was our waitress twice and very nice and attentive. Our lunch waitress wasn't very cordial. But the food is excellent. The dinner salad is the very best, bleu cheese dressing, yum! The ribs and ribeye and worth getting. I definitely suggest this restaurant .

Shiloh Steakhouse was recommended by the front desk person at the Days Inn. However, we found it to be a bit on the high side. But we were able to find items within our price range, chicken and elk burger. We decided my Dad, a meat and potatoes man, would like the sides offered. There were 5-6 sides of potatoes... More

My husband likes a good steak and I am vegetarian. We were both very satisfied. Wait staff very nice. Would, and probably will return.

Nice people and attentive wait staff. The ribeye steak and the shrimp on special with a wonderful sauce were tried and appreciated by our group. Inside was an attempt at elegance that was cozy.

My wife and I stopped in to have a late dinner after traveling most of the day and I would rate the food average but the staff was very friendly.

We ate our dinners outside. Such a great atmosphere. The food was so good. Everyone tried something different and everything was awesome. It's one of those small places you can easily over look, but it's well worth your time to check it out.

Whenever we go thru Cortez, we stop. The bread is delicious!!!! We ordered a rib-eye and chicken. Food is great but be sure you clarify the size of the steak for lunch or dinner. The service is good and the owners very nice. See you next year.

This is a high end restaurant at reasonable price, The service was good too. We were pleased to sit in the outdoor area.

We had the friendliest, most helpful waitress, and I just can't remember her name. We ordered a glass of wine; she didn't say much about it; it was awful, as she knew it would be. She stopped back and said, "How did you like it?" And replaced it, just like that! Also, my husband is allergic to peppers, so the... More

We ordered the ribeye and shrimp with pinacolada sauce. Both were very good . Sit out on the patio - it's on the road but you wouldn't know it due to the foliage. They have some local brews in bottles. Staff is very good .
