Small diner on Main St. The food was good and my order came out quickly. It is very strange walking thru the kitchen area to get to the rest room.

We tried this place last year and came back when traveling thought town again. Fun place, lots of nice locals. Food is very good at very reasonable prices. I had the Colorado Chili (or is it chilli?) omelette which was quite good. My wife had Veggie omelette. Burned up the potatoes as requested and I got two little and delicious... More

We split an omelette and had a great breakfast. Restroom was kinda funky through the kitchen, but SPOTLESS.

This place is a nice little diner, obviously mostly for locals. It was just a little too shabby to be quaint, but the food was good enough. I had the juevos rancheros, and it was decent.

We ate breakfast here the 2 days we were in town. The staff was outstanding and the food was good and a great value for you money. It is a small place bu worth the short wait we had.

This is a great place to get a cup of coffee. The food is really good. The staff is friendly. This is just a great place that the locals all frequent.

This place is always crowded and the reason is the great, strong coffee, pleasant service and good, hearty breakfasts! Our waitress was super friendly and the food came quicky and was very reasonable. I would eat here on a regular basis, just like the dozen or so folks that were there with us this morning. Great huevos rancheros!

Wonderful staff there - I have a special request breakfast - and neither the server nor the cook blinked an eye, with the breakfast coming out perfect. And my coffee cup never went empty -- one of my main tests of a good restaurant.

This morning, as my wife and I prepared to leave Cortez, we stopped at Pippo's diner for breakfast. I had the huevos rancheros, and was quite glad I ordered them. The two previous mornings I had various Tex-Mex breakfasts (reviews to follow) with green chili sauce, so today I opted for the red sauce. I was not disappointed. One measure... More

The very best pork chops I have ever had. Food was great as was our service. Very small diner. You have to see the bathrooms when you eat there. That made our visit extra special. Located in downtown Cortez. It is perfectly located.
