This place is my favorite restaurant in Hot Springs. When the weather is good I recommend enjoying the patio with Jose's Quesadillas and a margarita! Don't be scared to put the cucumbers and onions on the quesadillas. It's what makes the dish!

The food was incredible, delicious and beautifully plated. The atmosphere and the music wonderful. The service was top notch, and Tom, our waiter, was the best and really made our experience so great that I'm actually posting reviews. That their patio is dog friendly really...More

Not typical Mexican food but good. Margaritas a little too sweet for my taste. Nice patio upstairs. Goid job serving 10 people.

Had dinner at Rolando's the day we arrived in Hot Springs. They were able to accommodate a party of 10 without issue. Food was good, the margaritas were great.

Ecuadoran and central American fine cuisine. We had the sopacaldo, a delicious chicken soup made from scratch with chunks of goat cheese and avocado. I know. Sounds weird but absolutely sublime. Charming outdoor grotto like patio that we sadly had to pass up for the...More

The food was pretty darn good, the average rating comes from the service. We had lunch on the patio, there was 7 of us. There was only 1 other table being served. Nonetheless we were made to feel like we were ruining the staff's day....More

Travelled to Hot Springs National Park. Stopped here for lunch and liked it's Mich we went back again a couple days later. The guacamole appetizer is worth the trip alone. The owner is from Euuador and the menu reflects his background. You will like this...More

Out of all of the restaurants we ate at this was one of the two that had great service. Food was decent, but being from Texas we are a little spoiled when comes to Latin food.

Delicious food, great service wonderful ambience and live music. LOVED the gorgeous patio! At first I thought it was a Mexican restaurant, but the Cuban flair was unique and delicious! Definitely recommend! :)

This restaurante had a covered dining area and patio dining which required you to walk up a couple flights of stairs into the rocks. The patio dining area was lit with colored Christmas lights wrapped around trees. I had a very nicely displayed and tasty...More

Do you have a semi private area where I could host a very special birthday party for my wife? We are coming from Southern California to visit our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. There will be at least: 8 adults, 3 teenagers, and 2 young children. More people may possibly want to come in from other places. We just don't know quite yet.

i will be in Hot Springs September 1, (Thursday), with my husband celebrating our 15th anniversary. Do you have music that Thursday evening on the patio? We were thinking of coming, and are staying at the Lakeside Inn, and have a porch there where I wanted to watch sun go down, then come to eat somewhere so I wondered about music that evening? Thanks sandra Phillips

I'm pretty sure they would have music on Thursday. It seems to be a mainstay there. I would consider asking them when you make your reservations however. Make sure to get a table on the back patio. It is a real treat :)
