We were practically the only patrons on a cloudy afternoon. Service was friendly. Salsa was a corn and black bean soup-like mixture that was just ok. We both had salads with chicken that were fine. Wouldn’t repeat the visit.

Enjoyed my fish tacos! Friendly staff. Convenient location and comfortable inside. We liked our seat by the window.

Hostess/waitress seemed bored to have to seat me at a table away from the front door. The food I ordered was suppose to be Cuban style (it was just bland chicken breasts). And the rice was dry...(not many black beans were served). Just not a...More

Although the food looked beautiful(tasted alright), the service was not! From the moment we walked in, our waiter was not interested in what we wanted to eat- only in getting us said and done. While we were there a very large party came in. And,...More

Sunday evening dinner options are a bit limited in Hot Springs. Several people recommended Rolandos to us so we went for an early dinner. Our chips were thick and stale. My mojito wasn’t muddled. My husbands pork tamales were dry. However, my guacatosadas were delicious...More

It had been a while since we were here. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The price point is a little high but not over priced. The atmosphere was nice and the food was fresh and tasteful. I will return here...More

Good atmosphere - check out the artwork. Food not really Ecuadorian, but fusion. Vibrant flavors. Beautiful presentations. Popeye’s burrito and Quesadilla de Chivo flavorful and excellent. Will return.

Was really looking forward to lunch based on other reviews. The guacamole was good but the rest of the meal not worth the money. There are so many better options.

Rolando's is a great find. The food was good' a bit hard to define; a sort of TexMex with a South American flare; but the real draw is the ambiance. Dinner is served in a beautiful rock grotto draped in foliage. This is a wonderful...More

We had Plato De Adventura and Popeye’s burrito on the ESPECIALIDADES DE LA CASA. Wow! The flavors were excellent. Don’t expect TexMex, it’s Ecuadorian/Central American cuisine. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

I'm pretty sure they would have music on Thursday. It seems to be a mainstay there. I would consider asking them when you make your reservations however. Make sure to get a table on the back patio. It is a real treat :)
