We were seated right away. Waitress was attentive. I ordered The Brick House Burger. Was fabulous, possibly best burger I've eaten. My Dad ordered the Prime Rib and he said it was perfect. Will definitely come back on our next visit to town.

This is our second visit to Hot Springs this year and both times we have visited Brick House Grill. My husband was not able to go with us on our first trip so it was a must he go to experience the burgers. The burgers are so fresh and full of goodness.

We had a very pleasant experience at Brick House. The atmosphere is slightly above a bar and grill. They have a good beer selection. My husband had a steak and I had grilled salmon. Both were very good. Our server was also very attentive.

The ambiance and decor were not the greatest but the food was delicious. Steaks above average quality. Service could use some improvement. Would return again to enjoy the meal.

Food was excellent, and service was spot on for a busy week! Never went without drinks and everything tasted fresh. This is a hidden gem on a back street in downtown Hot Springs. We will be back again!

My friend and I had great steak. Perfectly cooked & seasoned. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Also great house dressing on salad.

Not bad not great, just an average cafe that probably mostly opens cans and calls it cooking. Nice place though to go with friends not loud and easy to carry on conversations.

We had a great lunch here. I had the catfish poboy with fries, and my husband had the turkey club with fries, and we both were pleased with our meals. Great service, no complaints. We would ear there again.

Brick House is located in historic downtown Hot Springs in the most unique building...Spencer's Corner. Downstairs dining room overlooks the plaza of Spencer's Corner and the upstairs has exposed beams and brick walls overlooking the Convention Center, Tower Mountain, and the old Army Navy Hospital. The food is outstanding.
