Visited the Ohio Club partly for the history and partly for the food. Wow what an atmosphere. It was just like you stepped back into the thirties. From the architecture of the front of the building to the bar and back bar inside it really takes you back. So much for that, on to the food. The Old Fashion Burger... More

Everything you could want in a historic bar. The back bar ... stunning. We stopped in for drinks on the way back to the hotel and what a find! The drinks were well made, the staff was friendly and the menu looked good. We didn't make it back for the live music, but I'm sure it would have been amazing.

I tried a regular cheeseburger with fries at The Ohio Club recently and there was nothing regular about any of it. The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious! I was greeted as I walked in and the atmosphere was very inviting. The bartender, Mark, was extremely nice and had a sense of joie de vivre... More

The historical gangster, speakeasy, bar-of-yesteryear atmosphere is about as authentic as you can find. The burgers are some of the best that I have had in recent years. They are generously portioned with some serious spices mixed into the ground beef. The service staff is pretty friendly...though maybe not quite as prompt as some establishments. The only downside is that... More

Nice to go back in time with Al Capone and other gangsters. People very friendly, bar area is amazing. We had a snack of mushrooms and chicken crumbed. Plenty of history in this place. Tee shirts for sale are good quality as well. I think they have a band some days as well, wasn't on when we were there?

Description
Arkansas' oldest bar. Step back in history and have a drink where the likes of Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, Al Jolson, Mae West and a host of others have. We have won People Choice awards for our Hamburgers and our Reubens have been reported to be the best they have ever had. We keep our menu simple but high quality. We have live music 7 nights a week with Blues on Wednesday nights, Jazz on Thursday night and classic rock on the weekends. The Ohio Club Players are our house band and have been a Hot Springs favorite. Non smoking and open at 11am every day until 2am.
