I was disappointed with Taco Mama, which had been recommended to us. My husband's soup was served to him in a takeout container and our order of three chicken tacos turned out to be two chicken, one beef. Our waitress was not very attentive and we had to ask for napkins and silverware. The food was average; nothing to rave... More

Owned by a hard working family who demand all ingredients be fresh. One of the waiters told us there are very few cans in the pantry. It's one of my all time favorite Mexican restaurants. The list of different margaritas is long making it hard to decide which one to order. We both had the 3 taco plate which I... More

This restaurant is my favorite for south-of-the-border food in Arkansas!!! We were greeted with roasted tomato salsa and warm corn tortillas as we arrived. Everything is made from scratch; we especially liked the burritos, the avocado is too die for! And, the cheese dip is over-the-top. The BEST of Hot Springs!

This was a great place to eat! Everything was yummy! Really good Mexican food. I had the grilled shrimp tacos and they had wonderful flavor. I would recommend this as a definite place to stop at if you are ever in Hot Springs.

We were pleased with our enchiladas and although the chile relleno was a little light on the filling, the flavor was good. Everyone has their own idea of what good salsa is but we were pleased. It tasted freshly made with a good balance of tomato and spices. And finally the cost was very reasonable for the amount of food... More

Fresh Cali Mexican and very very good with a dog friendly (non-smoking) outdoor patio equipped with water cooling fans. Atmosphere on the inside is eye pleasing and pleasant. However, the Cheese dip needed to loose the cream of chicken soupy watered down sliding off the chip as if it wasn't even there not cheesy tasting goo. Now that we have... More

I always bring people to eat here. I love the atmosphere and the food is fresh and wonderful. I always get fish tacos, but have eaten nachos and enchiladas as well and they are also good. They do serve alcohol and have televisions.

Chips and salsa are the first things you eat at a Mexican restaurant. They should be good. Theirs were a bit thick, not very well salted, and somewhat limp. I attribute the limpness to the atmosphere. There were blowers running everywhere to dry up the damp and help cool (is that even legal? seems like it would blow dust and... More

Carne asada meat was great in it too...even though the server said by far most order the steak. Loved the atmosphere and decor... beautiful color! My son ordered tacos with just steak and cheese and said they were too spicy and didn't eat much....I disagree but still found his somewhat bland (although he DID order *just* meat and cheese!)

Ordered queso, it was room temperature, thinned out and bland. Chille rellano was ok, tasted slightly burnt, the beans and rice were cold. Husband had tacos and said they were good. Kids meals with beans were slightly spicy and very strong chipotle flavor. Overall it was disappointing and did not live up to reviews.
