We dined on a Tuesday evening around 6pm. The restaurant was mostly empty. We were one of 4 tables being served. The other three had already been served by the time we were seated. The service was slow, the waitress ill informed, not being able...to answer some easy questions rather having to return to the kitchen for guidance. When we ordered we asked if they brought bread with dinner and she said yes. She never did bring our bread until the dinner had been served and then when asked, she said "I'm sorry I forgot, I will bring it right away." I ordered a crab cake appetizer, broccolini, and collard greens. The crab cake was virtually all crab (very little breading) with a nice crispy exterior, but served in a broth. That turned out to be good but unexpected; I normally get crab cakes served on a dry plate with perhaps cocktail sauce or a similar sauce to use. But as I said it was good. The broccolini was pretty good but barely warm and the greens were too sweet and salty. My wife's pomodoro primavera was ok but with few veggies and a so-so sauce. We shared the creme brulee cheesecake which was unusual and presented with strawberries and whipped cream next to it, in a not very visually appealing presentation. That combined with the fact that the waitress never fully cleared the table before bringing the dessert and then still didn't clear it after the dessert arrived, was duly noted. However, the dessert was enjoyable. As the headline said, ok food, but surprisingly poor service in a nearly empty establishment.More

We came here before checking out of our room at the hotel. The food here was great! Service was friendly and everything was clean. The breakfast burger was amazing. It’s messy but delicious! Be sure to check out our blog for a full review!

Really bad. I ordered a Caesar salad. It was drenched in salad dressing and had a ton of grated parmesan on top. The grated stuff you put on pizza not the shredded parmesan that you sprinkle on top of a Caesar salad. Nothing else, that...was it. I also ordered a side of Brussels sprouts. Awful! The roasted pre-boiled Brussels sprouts. No, no, no. Just take the time and roast them some interesting way like most restaurants do now. Yikes! Skip this place.More

This was the best meal and drink I had in Hot Springs. The bartender, Dee, was working her tail off and appropriately singing the chef's praises. I would absolutely go back here again.

Part of The Waters hotel in downtown Hot Springs. I had a fantastic breakfast here. Eggs Benedict on point with super runny yolks, tasty ham, and toasted muffin. Home fries seasoned and crispy. My server was fantastic. She was not only kind and attentive, but...made a WICKED spicy Bloody Mary that was delicious. They have a simple, but fairly elegant menu for each meal, including brunch, and some great cocktail options. There is a rooftop bar with light fare as well if you want before or after dinner drinks. I stayed at The Waters, and it was a great hotel, walking distance to everything, and this restaurant was a convenient and well done addition to my short stay.More

We had breakfast here one morning. The acoustics of the hotel lend to a noisy restaurant, although there were not many diners. My mother and I split an omelet, and it was split in the kitchen, which was nice, so we didn't have to do...it at the table. Prices were comparable to other breakfast restaurants in town. Our food was very good.More

We had two appetizers, the crabcakes and the shrimp. The appetizers had a tomato purée sauce, top of the line flavor, the crabcake was delicious ,one large crabcake cooked perfectly with the sauce topped it off to a nine out of 10. The shrimp was...in a white Alfredo sauce made from Parmesan cheese and cream ,the shrimp were huge and delicious. I rated that also a nine out of 10. The chef visited the table and described the preparation's and she was very informative, well-versed and cooks well. The waitress was very Courteous and attentive to our needs instead of answering the questions she went and got the chef to explain the dishes. Overall a great visit, two great appetizers. I recommend this to anyone.More

We were very pleased with our breakfast of omlets and potatoes, even though we ordered fruit as a side. Definitely an omlet to ease the hunger pains. Like many other places, not enough staff to take care of the number of patrons. They worked extremely...hard and were very pleasant. As long as there were not committments a leisurely wait was necessary to order and get served.More

The omelettes are delicious and made to order and they come with these to die for potatoes - a must try!! Conner and staff were lovely hosts to our last day in Hot Springs. Will return to the Waters Hotel again.

Our waitress did everything in her power with a smile and great attitude. She was the hostess, waitress, server and busboy. She didn’t get our order right, but she tried with all that she had to deal with. The restaurant was out of bacon, milk...and offered no tea. The meal was just okay. Hot Springs is really suffering with labor shortages. And they are cracking at the seams. This could be a great restaurant if they had enough helpMore

Tara, your hostess, was very rude and not welcoming or kind. She did not even smile. We left our phone number while waiting for a table. When she called us back she was unpleasant on the phone. We shouldnt have even bothered to come back...but we did in case the service improved once we were seated. Yes that was a mistake. We left after nobody took our drink orders for 10 minutes after being seated. I can understand a restaurant being busy but it doesn’t take much to greet a table let us know it’s a rush.More

Amazing view, small menu, delicious food! Steak, salmon cooked to perfection. Even the sides were yummy (Try the roasted brussels sprouts and mushrooms!) Service was a little chaotic, but it was spring break and restaurant recently reopened. Not a problem for us- waitress was extremely...professional and attentive. Rooftop has heaters for evening chill. Tables are appropriately set at least six feet apart for social distancing. It was lovely!!More
