If you want to experience the charm of a '50's cafe where everything sparkles and the wait staff greets you like old friends, this is the place. The Pancake Shop offers a varied breakfast menu. My husband had the blueberry pancakes that were the best we've tasted outside of Maine! All around us people were making favorable comments about their... More

This is the "breakfast place" in downtown Hot Springs! Long wait but well worth it. Be sure to order the ham with your meal.

A casual and delicious place! Simple breakfast items done well. Pancakes are the best - had an apple pancake with my eggs, and immediately wanted to order a stack. Perfect place for hearty, good food!

We love breakfast diners, and are really spoiled by our favorite spot tbe Savoy in Tulsa so all others must stand up to that benchmark. This is our 2nd visit to the Pancake Shop and again we found the food to be average at best. Others may like the food better than we do and the historic aspect of the... More

WONDERFUL and CONSISTANT all of my life! ALWAYS the BEST fresh squeezed ORANGE JUICE! Special Buckwheat Pancakes! The coffee is always just like my mama's fresh percolated coffee from my childhood! Don't eat pork anymore, but the Petti Jean Ham served here is the best in the world!

Nostalgic place. I really expected to see my grandfather sitting at a table smoking a cigar. He used to eat at a diner like this every morning. The pancakes are huge, they don't fall apart, the bacon was cooked perfectly. They think of everything, the butter is soft, the syrup is hot, and the coffee never ending. Make sure you... More

What can you say about a place that has a great breakfast. I am not much on pancakes but I love a simple breakfast well prepared and nobody does it better.

Wonderful breakfast place, Lots of combinations, great food. First place I've been where raisin toast was a standard option. No sugar-free options where apple butter/jellies are concerned so keep that in mind if you are diabetic. Highly recommended!!

We went on a Saturday morning around 8 and were told it would be about 10 minutes to wait and that we could get complimentary coffee next door while we wait. We got our coffee and barely looked around the shop when they came to get us and seated us. The server was nice and the food and service were... More
