So, heads up if your planning on ordering online: Let me save you some trouble, just don't... Not sure what fees you are charged to order by phone, but I'll bet you still pay the processing fee and the credit card fee. If you want...it delivered there's another fee that I paid $2.75 to have it brought 2 miles to my office at their convenience.. In total I paid $11 and some change just to order the food and have it delivered, on top of my total. Then to my surprise the delivery driver brought the food in while I was on the phone with a client, and stood there shouting "NO TIP??" " No TIP??" I thought no you robbed me 10 extra dollars just to order.. I paid him 2 more dollars just to leave. I'll never order from here again. The food wasn't anything special. What a joke!!!More

Wouldn't go back.

Googled best Chinese food in Chillicothe. China Garden had a 4.3 *. My husband and I were there yesterday. $44. for two simple meals and the food was completely tasteless. There was no filling in the spring roll, no green onions in the wonton, tasteless.

Family Take Out

Have ordered Takeout here for 20+ years. They haven’t had a major price increase but a very few times. But was a considerable price increase this time. Quality of the food has decreased. And most disturbing was the cost of .20 cents each for soy...sauce packages. Veg. Fried Rice $9.75 or $9.95 you need soy sauce. I don’t agree with that charge.More

Take out that We’d like to Take Back

Food was cold. We made a note on our order to be sure to include utensils. Nearly $50 order got us cold food, no utensils not even a napkin and one fortune cookie. One for $50 worth of food? Shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce...I got 3 shrimp and 3’scallops. Hhhmmmmm We wouldn’t order again.More

The best Chinese food in Chillicothe

The only Chinese food in Chillicothe we will eat is from China House. I highly recommend carry out, as it's not really a place to sit and eat. The food is always hot and tasty. We've tried many dishes and like every one. The large...portions are big. My family of 3 will typically get 4 large dishes and we seem to always have leftovers, which isn't a bad thing for the next day.More

Food was quick & hot.

We Love ordering their food. It's usually 10 minutes. Fresh & hot. This night was perfect as well. Recommend to anyone that Loves Chinese or Rice dishes.

GPS here for Chinese food

When you think of healthy eating off Interstate 35, stop in here for a hot meal. I ate Chicken w. garlic sauce prepared with fresh aromatic vegetables in a spicy, tummy tingling dish. My hubby had Hot-Sour soup and Beef w. garlic sauce, and was...just as pleased with his dish. These two plates were served within 15 minutes of our ordering them, which beats fast food places these days. Take my advice and stick with healthy eating while traveling the highways, by eating great Chinese food, at China House Restaurant.More

Always fast and fresh

I have ordered take out and eaten at the restaurant monthly for over a year. My favorite is the Kung pao shrimp. Large shrimp , fresh vegetables , perfectly hot and spicy. My daughter loves the sweet and sour chicken . The service is fast...for pick up. I have not ordered delivery.More
