Great pulled pork and brisket! Reasonably priced kids menu. The sweet potato casserole is like dessert!!

I enjoyed the BBQ Sampler, it was great! I think I liked the beef brisket the best, but it all was good. I also had the green beans and the sweet potato casserole, which was fantastic! They were open for take-out, which we really appreciated....The people were really nice there. Looking forward to going there again soon.More

We have driven past Chillicothe many times on our holiday visits to see relatives, and this most recent visit we opted to skip the fast food joints. 7 Miles was super easy to access from the Interstate 35. The service was friendly, and it wasn't...a long wait to take or orders or to bring our dinners. I ordered the sandwich platter with pulled chicken, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. The servings are very large, and there's a nice barbecue sauce that you can dress the sandwich with yourself. The mac n cheese really stole the show; as it was some of the best I've ever had. The 7 Miles Smokehouse also serves breakfast, and the restaurant is located in an old diner-style building. The unisex restroom is clean.More

Neat place because the locals eat here. However our brisket was really fatty, and the food was a little pricey for what you get. Servers were very nice and helpful.

The "Mad Dog" always was the big draw for this place. Let's just say it's been taken down a notch or 2. Maybe to grumpy puppy. Not near the sandwich it used to be. The 1st rack of ribs my wife received couldn't be cut...through with a steak knife and the 2nd rack was worse. Of course they were yesterdays ribs according to the waitress. $26.00 for a 1/4 rack of gristle and a neutered sandwich. Won't be going back. I'll pick a better place to go for my birthday next year.More

We visited in 2015. We did not think the sandwiches of the pulled pork was good in anyway. We will never return there.

We enjoyed the ribs and burgers. Portion sizes were plentiful and the service was very friendly. It felt like a down-home bbq restaurant.

Found this place thanks to TripAdvisor and it lived up to all of the awesome reviews. Something for everyone! My picky 7 year old eater LOVED his chicken tenders. My husband said The Mad Dog was terrific and enjoyed it to the last bite. I...had the Zach Attack Stacker. At first I thought I was going to be disappointed going on the looks/size of the bowl but it was a hardy filling of yumminess! We also enjoyed a icecream and peach cobbler. If your in the area and are looking for a friendly attentive staff check out 7 Miles.More
