Ok, so Outback is NOT my first choice when it comes to a steak meal, but my first choice is not open for lunch and we wanted to get our Valentines dinner early so we decided to go to the Outback around 1:30 on Valentines...day. The service was mostly
very good, the appetizer was ok, and my husband said his Steak was good. My steak had a few good bites but the rest was very chewy and not edible. We paid $6.00 more per steak then we usually do at our "favorite" steakhouse, and when packing up our leftovers the waiter forgot simple things like sauce for the onion blossom, butter for the bread, etc. but, anyway, We'll keep going to our favorite from now on I guess!More
Worst experience I have ever had service was poor poor poor sat there for 15min before we ever got waited on if you can call it that never once offered us refills food was just ok shame you have really gone downhill will not be...going backMore
My Review is different from some of the other reviews in that our service was OK. The Manager was Ok as far as responding to our comments about the food.
Now what we felt about the food. My wife ordered a Chicken breast dish that...was a grilled chicken with Cheese, mushrooms and some other stuff topping it. The side was fries. The chicken looked like they cooked the chicken, put some toppings on it and stuck it in the microwave to melt a bit. The fries were just bad and over seasoned. The chicken was spicy hot and dry. I ordered the Soup and Steak Casadia . It was basically Cheese with very little steak, if any. It also was very Spicy hot. like way too much black pepper. The soup was potato and Ok. Ticket price for these two items was over $26 which was rediculous , especially for what was served.
I noticed on the Menu, this place, Outback, has gone Crazy on Menu Prices. A 12oz Ribeye over $24. and a bone in 22oz Ribeye for over $30 with
The manager without asking gave a discount to the ticket because of the way the food was prepared but even with that, what we had would have been better at Taco Bell or any regular cafe at about 1/2 the price. NO Returns for us. First visit in 8 years and last.More
I'm glad other reviews show a different experience for people, but ours was a total joke to say the least. A run down to keep it brief as I am not even going to spend a lot of my time on this review.
> Waited...over 15 minutes before I had enough to find the 'manager' to ask if we have a waiter or not? Was starting to think it was self serve. She had no explanation.
> Our waiter was very strange and couldn't understand anything after repeated several times.
> The floors were soaking wet, dirty, and the weird music from the 70's was blasting.
> My steak was not cooked correctly TWICE and I just ended up eating it.
> The 'manager' tried to make things all bettet by comping apps and deserts. I guess this is Outbacks way of taking care of ridiculous issues.
Will never, ever, return to this joke of an establishment. Good luck if you choose to.
