Food was amazing, service was brilliant, I have only good things to say about Scratch. We felt like steak and we got steak with mushroom sauce that melted in your mouth, we will be back.

hi all.. ok, well to answer this question, and address another topic... yes we are open for breakfast Mon thru Sat from 8am til noon. we served breakfast when we originally opened a couple years ago but stopped to focus on lunch and dinner. our regulars relentlessly (but lovingly) pushed us to open again so two months ago we decided to re-launch our breakfast menu. our website and all of our social media pages have been updated, we've had a colourful 4 metre "NOW OPEN FOR BREAKFAST" banner hanging in front of our restaurant, as well as our hours of operation clearly posted outside on our chalkboard. all this was done months ago when we opened the new hours. we've even recently been showcased in THE YAK magazine for our breakfast. here's the problem, and i really hope TA reads this. we've been attempting to edit, almost daily, our TA profile to update our hours and menu. each time it is met with an automated email reply claiming (to paraphrase) "sorry but we cannot make the requested changes to your page, as they don't coordinate with your official website"...and "we are very diligent about researching such info before making changes" etc etc. it clearly states that these are automated emails and replying will fall on deaf ears. also, when i go to the Management Center to "email" TA with my problem, it redirects me to a FAQ page, which then demands me to "pick a problem", which then redirects me back to my Update Business Info" page which just starts the cycle over again...and again. we are a small restaurant off the beaten path that is grateful to what TA has provided for us, but we depend on them as a platform, so TA please help us resolve this and update our new hours and menu. thank you everyone (and TA) for your support!
