We first discovered Slippery Stone a year ago and have busting to get back there again. Finally got there tonight and it was even better than we remembered. Fantastic food and staff - hands down best restaurant in Bali. Awesome value for money too. As an added bonus, tonight there was entertainment- belly dancing, fire twirlers and a female impersonator.... More

Reminded me of Jim's Greek Tavern in Melbourne. Food, service, advice was all above expectation. The staff could not do enough our group, one of the guys was wheelchair bound, the staff they arranged the tables to accomodate us to ensure we were comfortable.

WOW I just got back to my hotel after an amazing dinner at Slippery Stone and just couldn't wait to give it a well deserved five star rating. I can not fault this restaurant at all!, from the moment we pulled in until we left everything was fantastic. The place is just beautiful to start off with, so much attention... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by expat. Nearly didn't go after reading some negative comments on here. So glad we decided to go. The staff were simply fabulous, food was great a d had plate smashing, greek dancing and other entertainment to top off a fabulous night. Not cheap but definitely worth every cent. Do yourself a favour...go try... More

Place is nice and clean . Friendly environment . Food was good👌Dips are nice, Calamari was recommended but I wouldn't recommend it, Gyro and skewers were great I have to say, however it's a bit pricey for what you get and for Bali ..

Seminyak is packed with fantastic restaurants. I would not go back to Slippery Stone due to: 1. Annoying, presumably Greek, loud pop-music -- not what you want to hear when eating; 2. So far worst coffee in Seminyak 3. Bread & Dips arrived with at least 3-days-old bread. The owner of the restaurant tried to re-assure us that it was... More

My husband and I had been at the Slippery Stone September 2015. It was great then and great tonight. We had the Greek Salad, Chicken Livers and Prawn Saganaki and it was very good. Thank you Sammy!!

Booked a table here to celebrate anniversery with my boyfriend. I fell in love with the interior, i found it really romantic and perfect for our evening. We had different people from the staff serving us, and some could have been more friendly. We ate two courses and the waitress also gave us free dessert, a gesture we really appriciated... More

We been in Bali for 10 days I we visited most of Bali's top restaurants this is probably one of our favourite. The atmosphere and live show they throw on Sunday's is amazing you even get to brake the plate with dancers. Price wise they are just normal Reatourant medium priced dinner for two including drinks was 100$. Thank you... More

We went because it had a really good mark in TripAdvisor. If you have tryed more than once something similar to the Mediterranean diet don't go. It was the most expensive restaurant from a 15 day journey. Worst of all, was the quality of the food and the poor performance of the dinner.

Description
Slippery Stone is a relaxing casual eatery. The open kitchen and bar created a unique feeling of warmth and hospitality. A Balinese feel is presence due to breathtaking rice-paddy views, and the local farmers going about their day-to-day business. Our overall aim is to be accessible to everyone, a local haunt that people can afford to visit 2 or 3 nights a week.Philosophy Our passion is to deliver a truly unique experience, which is completely removed from the everyday. Whether it is the incredible food, with its exploration of the harmonies of flavors and its incredible beauty on the plate, or our staffs, whose sole aim is to create for you a seamless unique experience and capture the essence of our true hospitality. AmbianceThe airy space is large, with comfortable cushioned bench style seats as well as sofas, and the typical table placements, in a rice field setting so typically Balinese, around a pond water feature.
