Came in here because Smokehouse BBQ was closed and I love me some Massaman curry and crispy spring rolls. Restaurant was very elegant but pretty empty and maybe a little too big with too much staff cause the spring rolls were excellent but for being the most expensive thing on the menu, there was only 3 very small pieces of... Tried their ayam bakar (grilled chicken) and tumis kangkung. The taste is so so. But they charge Australia's price. Quite disappointed.

Ordered their signature kemangi fish, som tum with skewered chicken, and kangkung stir fry. For drink we ordered signature ice tea and ginger fresh drink. Fish was ok, have had better in much cheaper ikan bakar restaurant or sundanese restaurant, somtum was ok, nothing special, really liked the skewered chicken but would not come back only for that, now the... Came here for lunch twice, I could not get enough of their fried rice with pineapple and salted fish, yum! The mee goreng was also very tasty!

The duck is good, real good. We had a simple meal of duck and steamed rice with bean salad. A couple of tempting masalas lay close by. But the bean salad had its complement of chilli, so the masala was not tested. Certainly would recommend the Degan (young coconut) if you're after some Indonesian authenticity in the food stakes.

Food is a mix of Thai and Indonesian. Both choices were of good quality. They offer a specific non smoking dining area which is a real plus. Service and price good.

I've been drooling for Indonesian food since I arrived at Ngurah Rai Airport. We went to Cafe Degan which was within walking distance from my hotel, and their meals are fantastic. We ordered urap, fried tempe & tofu, sate ayam, soto, nasi rawon, ayam goreng kremes, plecing kangkung, and many more. I was enjoying my feast like crazy. They are... More

Came here as my local friends brought me for the last dinner in Bali. What a great finish culinary wise to my trip. Great flavors and traditional presentation. Will be back for sure on my next trip

Food just average. No flavour. Had 2 x Mie Goreng Jawa vegetarian, 2 x Veg spring rolls 2 x bingtan. Cost 30$ AUD. Was not worth it at all. Sorry ate better at other places in Seminyak for that price. Will not be returning

Thank ELena P
