If you like bar food and a lot of t.v.'s then this is your place. Had burgers, fries and cold tap beer. Wait staff pleasant - patio crowded with smokers.

Went there with new GF after earlier days before the fire. It has been renovated and rebuilt with alot of thought for airy patios and decks for smokers and not alike. The food was good, the basics plus a few interesting additions to the menu. We had a crab pretzal and BIG plate of nachos. Both superb.
My friend and I went for paint night in the middle of the week on Wednesday. We went upstairs where they have an outdoor covered social bar area. We waited to do our paint night and got there early to enjoy dinner. The wonderful bartender told us about their fabulous happy hour where we ordered alot of appetizers, the price... More
They are a great place to go for lunch. They have an outside deck bar and seating for a quick lunch in the sun while on break from work.
The food is good. Bar food of course but it is good. The drinks are priced more than fine but I just visited the spot on a weekend night with friends and they told me I need a college ID to get in for free or pay a $10 cover. A ten dollar cover..for a bar..not a club. Every club/bar... More
Needed a place for lunch in a one-hour time period and chose this restaurant. My son and I received our drinks promptly and we ordered our lunch shortly afterwards. I ordered the shrimp tacos with the chips and french onion dip (see photo). The dip is a nice alternative that I have not seen at other restaurants. My son ordered... More
I attended an event in the upstairs of CVP. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. The food was just bar food though. They had crab cake and burger sliders, crab dip, veges, and salads. I wonder where the crab was in the crab cake sliders and crab dip??? Good thing it was free due to the fact that I was... More
A good spot to follow in multi screens the various rugby, hockey and NBA matchs. Full american style from french fries to sandwiches or burgers too. Greit choise of beers. In the second hall new tables and more confort. Large rooms and a patio on two levels, content pieces, nothing more nothing less. Some positivity that recall the young.
We decided to try out the Charles Village Pub for breakfast. This is truly a bar for the Millennium Generation. The bar was virtually empty at 11 am on a Sunday. We loved it because it was quiet and peaceful. Gino took excellent care of us – when we ordered coffee, he said he would make us a fresh pot... More
If you haven't been to CVP since it was renovated, you need to check it out. It's completely different than it was back when I was in college. I go here for lunch every now and then, and the food is always consistently good. Place is clean. Wait staff in the front bar area is slow, especially when we go... More
