From the chips that were incredibly warm chips to the salsa and black bean dip they give you with your chips and salsa. We ordered the chunky Guacamole 🥑 dip and it’s amazing too.

Sopes Aztecs. So delicious! They are like savory little tarts. Absolutely beautiful and so delicious highly recommend
Great enchiladas and I love their beans! Also reasonably priced. A go to for a quick authentic meal.
The vegetarian fajita meal, which I just ate as a stir fry, is delicious. I was shocked at how pleased I was with the flavor, as I usually just eat junk and fast food. This meal sounds expensive at $12.25, but it makes four meals...for me, a 300lb guy, and after allowing it to settle (because I eat fast), it keeps me full and happy for half a day. It came with three small white flour tortillas which couldn’t hold half of the stir fry, and a huge bag of plain nacho chips which I didn’t eat, a very small container with a hot lettuce and diced tomato mix, sour cream and guacamole, and a one person sized pan of delicious refried beans, with dry-ish Mexican-style rice. I deduct no stars as it was awesome.More
It's too bad that I have to post this, but I guess nothing great lasts forever. As long-time customers, 2+ times a week for the last 3 years (we’ve spent over $3000 there in 2021, I am embarrassed to say - I looked it up...on my AMEX) we are very dissatisfied with how Rio Bravo’s ownership seems to be taking advantage of their loyal customers. Over the last year, even though business is very strong and seems to be fully recovered from COVID impacts, they have raised prices across the menu, started charging you for incidentals (extra lettuce?), eliminated deals (Tuesday $.99 margs are gone and the before 5:00/after 8:00 BOGO has been dropped), and do other little things (the Thursday “Fajita Special” seems like a great deal until you realize it’s not the same size as a normal order) that in aggregate seem to be designed to run off customers like us. We would have never thought about finding a new Mexican restaurant “home”, but when the new Pedro’s opens, we’ll certainly give it an opportunity to take over our business…More
The shrimp fajita nachos were just the thing we needed tonight. It was nice to get salsa and black bean dip with the chips while we were waiting. Our server was friendly and efficient.
This is by far the best mexican food in the area! The people are very friendly and go out of their way to walk over to say hi if they've served you before. The restaurant is always neat and clean. We've tried so many menu...items and they do not skimp on ingredients. My favorite is the fajita steak taco salad and it's always overflowing with perfectly cooked meat! The chips and salsa come out with refried black beans that is cravable. This is one of the only places near the beach that makes their drinks with the right amount of alcohol. You HAVE to order a margarita!More
Have not been there in 3 years and now what a difference in quality of food. Everything hot , good service clean , bigger place and NO grease taste or on plate. Now we will go back!
This was our go to Mexican restaurant. Hadn't been there since May and won't be back. Service was terrible, cold food but thankfully the margaritas were good. Waitress' friends sitting by us were drunk and every other word was F. This was a Monday night...and the place was empty except for the bar.More
Most constantly good tasting Mexican food in gulf breeze. Great/friendly service and very well priced.
Food was fantastic and super nice waitress. At first we were a little unsure of the place but the food was phenomenal. My son and I both loved their grilled chicken in our meals. It was perfect. They also give you a ton of food...so I had plenty left over the next day from my fajita. Margaritas and salsa were just ok in comparison to others I’ve had before.More
Every time we visit Rio Bravo we feel like we are among friends our favors waitress Yuliet treats us like we are family and all the other employees are awesome too. Great place to eat.
Great food and atmosphere... very family friendly! The food isn’t too shabby either... the service was great yet they left us alone
Great place for tasty Mexican food. Some of the fastest service anywhere in Gulf Breeze. Be sure to try their in house Margaritas. They do not skip on the liquor Highly recommend
I haven’t been to this place for a while and the change is very good from the expanded space to the bigger menu everything was great. I was told by our waiter that the place is under new management and the change is very noticeable...in a very positive way. The food is delicious and the price very reasonable and portions satisfying. I ordered the pork Taco’s Mexicanos. The tacos were delicious and much like the street tacos I’ve had in Mexico. The seasonings were perfect and the pork was delicious and fork tender. This is now my favorite restaurant in Gulf Breeze. I give this place two thumbs up 👍More
