We first came for a drink on the evening and we had a sangria which is really good and well served. The owners are lovely, really friendly and smily. The day before we decided to come back for dinner. It was really fantastic! The porc...tenderloin was served generously, the claims with white wine was delicious but the best was the prawns with the secret tertulia sauce ! We loved it ! The place is also really nice with a big and quiet terrace. If you go to Kampot this is a must try !More

Someone suggested this place to me implying she and her expat friends thought this may be the best restaurant in Kampot and I must say, that could be correct. For dinner I had the beef cheeks which melts in your mouth (mmmm) and a lovely...salad. The Portuguese food quality here is excellent. It’s not cheap though but appropriately priced for the quality and service. The couple who owns and runs the place seem to be very nice and helpful. Good location on a corner. Highly recommend.More

Three small plates (petiscos) for two of us, a couple (a few) glasses of wine, and an excellent desert! Lovely hosts, too

My husband and I had lunch here when we arrived in Kampot. The food is absolutely incredible and just what we wanted after a couple of weeks of a lot of fried Asian food. We had fresh fish in the most delicious sauces, incredible rices...and salads and amazing fresh bread. We also had a couple of glasses of wine. Honestly one of the best meals we had during our trip.More

We visited Tertulia recently and had a great meal. I had the beef cheeks which were melt in the mouth and the clams in white wine coriander and garlic sauce which was also fabulous. It was a few weeks ago but I know I enjoyed...it. The owners do all the work and are lovely hosts. We’ll be back soon. The servings are small by Aussie standards but are more than adequate to satisfy a discerning foodie.More

What a delicious surprise. Kampot is filled to the brim with good food, no doubt. Good food from every corner of the world actually. This one is a Portuguese addition. And wow. The food is incredible. Simple and fresh and ready to dive in. This...time we only had some lunch but doesn’t matter. It was just great. Who could think a sardine sandwich could be this tasty and also the beetroot carpaccio with local watercress salad. Yummy. Maybe you will soon read about my dinner here?More

Amazing restaurant! Well located, with a nice chilled environment perfect to enjoy a nice meal and a good glass of wine. Their wine list is incredible with some excelent wines at a very good price for their quality, including green wine and rose. The stakes...melt in your mouth and the appetizers leave you wishing you have two stomach's. And if that wasn't enough the owners Miguel and Carolina are the nicest people you'll ever meet in the restaurant business, they really cared about how my meal was, if it needed anything, if I was enjoying and in the end you just end up having a nice conversation with them to add to your nice evening. Couldn't recommend more. Obrigado Miguel, Carolina e XicoMore

If you fancy a change from Cambodian food, then I would recommend this place. The managers are very friendly and the cook excellent. We went twice and all the dishes were lovely, especially the beef cheeks and the clams. Good wine list and not too...pricey, though maybe more than the cheapest places in town.More
