Very good tapas - really tasty and a good selection on the menu. They had some really cool gins too. Service was very good.

Seeing reviews and pictures we were eager to check out this place. First impression was very nice. Nice and large menu with different tapas. However.... The tapas itself were really really small and very expensive/overpriced! Really dissapointed. We will not come back for sure. More...a drink with a little snack place rather than a place to have dinner. If we want the tapas we know how tapas should be, well go to spain...More

A friend told us about this place and we went there first thing we did when arriving to Kampot. We were not disappointed! The squid and the onion/date tapenade was amazing. And their gin & tonics - 5/5! The service and atmosphere was perfect. Highly...recommend.More

Really good tapas. They have a good selection for vegetarians and a separate vegan menu. The best dishes were the hummous, carrot chutney and popadom pintxos, mini eggplant burger, whiskey mushrooms and chocolate mousse. A good selection of gin and tonics too. Go here!

We had a lovely meal here, the meatballs, squid, mushrooms and garlic potatoes were delicious. They also have a fab range of gin and tonics, would 100% recommend

After having read all the positive reviews our expectations were high, but not met. We had dinner twice at bARACA Restaurant and ordered 4 different tapas of which only the whiskey mushrooms were excellent. According to my friend the albondigas were average and the mini...pizzas on very thick bread were just dry and boring. We shared a portion of okra pokra with goat cheese and bellpepper coulis that consisted of 5 pieces of which only 2 slightly tasted of goat cheese. Service was good all in all. Drinks are more expensive than in comparable Kampot restaurants (soda water at bARACA $ 1.25, normally $ 1.00) Portions are very small (what tapas are supposed to be) and for what you get REALLY EXPENSIVE. As the menu says 3 tapas make a full meal!More

Dear Monika, we are very sorry to read that we could not meet your expectations, it's still very nice that you decided to come back for a second dinner. We agree on the whiskey mushrooms, they are excellent and would like to apologise that the...More

The food is so delicious I recommend you always share dishes we order 3 or 4 dishes which is ample for us. Everything is well prepared, fresh and the presentation is simple but lovely. Owner is great as all the staff are all very warm...and welcoming.More

Six of us plus ‘Bean’ enjoyed excellent food in bARAcA last night. We chose the Vegan Tapas menu and every dish was prepared and presented very well by AK, the chef. The service was exemplary and we enjoyed talking to Neil and learning a little...about his journey. Thank you Neil, AK and the young lady who looked after our table in a friendly professional manner.More

This food made me so happy! Everything was delicious from a very tempting menu of tapas and cocktails and more. Really interesting combinations and exquisite flavours. This was a great start to six days in Kampot with my daughter. There seem to be lots of...great places to eat in town but we'll be back here. Service was excellent as was the choice of music. Really enjoyed the rum/ginger/star anise cocktail!More

Quite right. The one who gave 2 stars may be an idiot. Perhaps one might try the food at least!
