When they first opened it was great but then they changed management and doubled the size of their menu and the quality took a dive. We have tried it several times since ending in disappointment. If you just want drinks go for it. Otherwise nothing to get excited about.

Easter Brunch at the Mad Hatter was an enjoyable experience. The greeter was friendly and there was not a wait. The options for seating are ample with indoor, patio or solarium. Warm blueberry muffins were served immediately after seating. The vegetarian eggs benedict coupled hatter potatoes which were baked with rosemary. The mimosa was a low grade sparking wine and... I used to love this place when it was Ham's. I went to check it out and really liked the open air dining, and cool industrial design. However, we ordered some grilled chicken strips for our child. They were overcooked, burned on the edges and seemed to be reheated by microwave. Also, thought we'd try the homemade chips, which were... More

I am very displeased you did not enjoyed you recent experience at Mad Hatter. I don't believe we have grilled chicken strips on the menu which could explain the lack of quality of the food we have served you. We have been very proud to revitalized a Greensboro Landmark however our attend has never been to recreate what Ham's has... More

Food and service always good every visit! Love their turkey burger, next best thing to making at home from scratch! You can build your own burger choosing your protein, bread, and cheese of your choice. Some nights there is live music.

Really good brunch spot. Great food: fresh and delicious! The breakfast platter comes with 3 eggs, choice of meat, potatoes and an english muffin. The bring warm blueberry muffins to the table as soon as you get there. Excellent atmosphere: laid back vibe with good music I can't wait to go back when it gets warm and they have the... More

Went in and sat at the bar on a Saturday afternoon. The place was busy so I thought there should have been another bartender for the section that he had and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant but the bartender was very friendly and I had good service for how busy he was. The food was good and... More

I recently went back to the Mad Hatter after a previous bad experience. Did not realize they had such a great menu for BRUNCH!! Went with a friend on Sunday morning and everything was delicious. I only withheld a 5 because it is an extremely noisy restaurant. But, then again, I understand it is a bar and that is the... More

Went here for lunch. We had questions for the waiter (Kendrick---more on him later) and he handled all of them quickly and deftly. We asked for the soup of the day---and he said it was "freshwater seafood chowder"---we were intrigued, so we each ordered a cup and emphasized that we did NOT want it to come with the main lunch... Spontaneity at its best! Was headed elsewhere for brunch & stumbled upon this sweet establishment. Can't believe we haven't been here before! Delicious brunch! Great service & the bartenders Stacie & Tiffany are awesome! Extended our stay to watch football cause that's how good of a time we had here.

Had burger, bun was high quality, burger had good flavor. Was very small, considering the price. Now for the other dish served to the table. Chicken pie. Chicken was all white meat. It had no flavor. The crust was not edible, It did not look like crust and was burnt. The green beans were over seasoned, too salty, and had... More
