Used to be, BW was great. I’m not sure what happened; if it’s COVID related or what. But the menu has been reduced, for one thing. And the menu item I liked best - a very good turkey burger - is now off the menu....My wife’s regular burger was badly overcooked, and the chicken sandwich I got was just a couple of chicken fingers on the bun. Little seasoning, and it had that “grilled from the freezer” taste. And the bacon I got on the sandwich was half raw...not on my best day could I eat it. The tater tots are good though, so that’s a plus. We’ll probably go again, but if it’s still like this we’re probably not going back. Too many other really good burger places in town.More

This was out first and last visit. I paid $11 for a iceburg lettuce salad with bagged cheese and overcooked dried out chicken. My wife ordered the wings and they were overcooked as well and came with no side veggies, just a plate with six...wings on it. It took forever to get refills on soda's and water. We were very excited about the overly advertised milk shakes. It came in a medium sized take out cup with a tiny dried out brownie that was almost impossible to cut. The price are extreme for the mediocre food being served. The best part about the place was the decore. For that they get 5 stars. The waitress seemed to disappear constantly. I would not recommend this place if your looking for a great food experience.More

Love the decor, not your ordinary cookie cutter decorations. The burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken are great! Wait staff are polite and the owner thanks you when you leave. The shakes are out of this world. The gluten free menu is awesome, high quality gluten free...hamburger buns. Nice place to go and get dinner, then go next door and see a movie.More

Had standard issues burgers for the adults with chicken strips and hot dogs for the kids. Both burgers were excellent and there was a big portion of kids chicken. My son wasn't enthralled with his hot dog because it was a bit over chargrilled. The...tots and fries were good but the sweet potato fries weren't as crispy as I would like. I'm being nit picky because the food overall was really good and well priced for the portions. The atmosphere and theming were really interesting. Traveling through town today but we would definitely make our way back when in Greensboro again.More

This is our favorite hamburger restaurant. My wife has a gluten allergy and these folks are very thorough when they prepare her food. Prices are reasonable, an excellent selection of craft beers, and the food is excellent.

My wife and I visited this restaurant and found the most extensive gluten free menu of all restaurants we have seen. They even serve fried chicken, pickles and onion rings gluten free. We will be regular customers from now on.

We took 3 of our grandchildren there for lunch. They were awe struck by the robots. The atmosphere is incredible. Great food. The bar tables and stools were made from recycled parts. Amazing creativity.

- They have a menu devoted to gluten-free items, just ask for it! - The blackbean burger is yummy and has whole pieces of black beans in it! - My friend and I had an excellent waitress (very helpful and checked on us just the...right amount) - We went on a Sunday evening, didn't have to wait for seating and not too crowded or noisy. I imagine a Fri. or Sat. night could be loud b/c the space is so open though.More
