I ordered soft scrambled eggs but was brought hard eggs. I ordered a HOT biscuit but was brought a lukewarm one. When I asked the waitress to heat it, she said, "Well I just brought it out of the woven" and then grabbed the biscuit...and had it heated. I ordered decaf coffee but during the last serving was brought regular coffee. I wrote a complaint letter to the restaurant for fear this iindividual could run away other custsomers but have received no feedback. I assume they must think the customer is at fault. Excellent food but since I can not enjoy the food under such conditions, I have decided to stay away.More

Had the country ham medallions with hash browns, eggs and a huge biscuit with gravy. You get plenty of food for $7. The service was good. This is an old place so not fancy and not in a nice strip center.

I really like the food and service here but I was disappointed to see a 91.5 sanitation grade. I’ll be back when it gets higher.

My wife, some friends & I eat breakfast here at least once a week. Great staff, good food & lots of locals. Some times the line is out the door, it usually moves quickly & 20min is about as long as I have had to...wait.More

The flounder plate has 2 pieces of fish and comes with 2 sides (choice of veggies). Tartar sauce has a touch of sweetness. The biscuit is HUGE. I enjoyed my meal and the price was respectable. FYI, the line to get in gets long (like...out the door) since the eating space isn’t very spacious.More

Just what I needed....In Greensboro, as a refuge from Hurricane Irma! went to lunch, around the block from brother-in-laws office. Perfect old timey southern country restaurant, nothing fancy, flashy or expensive. Great good comfort food. This is where the locals go for breakfast and lunch!...VERY AFFORDABLE! My veggie plate w/ cornbread was outstanding! Next time must try to go for breakfast....More
