Petite filet Oscar style and Filet cooked perfectly. Potato au gratin a little too much garlic for my taste. Ordered two desserts…flourless choc cake that came with strawberries and a cheesecake with blackberries. Both were wonderful. Ghiradelli chocolate liqueur dessert drink was good. Everything is...a la cart. Excellent waiter. Currently their dress code is more relaxed due to covid. My significant other told me he booked Valentine’s reservations when I walked out. This was his first visit and apparently he enjoyed his dinner and experience. Wish I could recall the waiters name but, great service. Thank you!More

Could tell they are a little under-staffed but they worked hard to take care of us. The steak, chicken, and fish all got rave reviews. Salads were big and very good, and the creamed spinach is always something to look forward to!

My husband and I visited here for the first time tonight and it was a wonderful experience. I would like to start my review by saying I am so appreciative of the knowledge and wide variety of gluten free options available. I have celiac disease...and our server (I think her name was Debbie) was knowledgeable and was able to check with the kitchen for any questions I had (salad dressings). I had the Ruth’s Classic which was VERY affordable! AND Everything I chose was gluten free. It consisted of a huge “side” salad with wonderful thousand island dressing (it contained egg in the dressing which I love!). 6oz filet, 3 jumbo grilled shrimp, a side (I had mashed potatoes which was easily 2 servings) and I was able to substitute the dessert for chocolate sin cake (flourless chocolate cake, ganache and raspberry sauce with a large strawberry). It was all so wonderful ! My husband was a little more expensive. He had lobster bisque soup, a bone in filet, asparagus (which I shared too and they were great) and some yummy looking French bread. He had a beer and I had a martini which were good. It was a very nice, quiet dinner and our server was wonderful. It is expensive but you should know this before you make reservations. I highly recommend to anyone and especially anyone with celiac disease or who must eat gluten free.More

To celebrate our anniversary during Covid-19, we wanted to make sure that we were going to have the best experience possible with a restaurant that took socially distancing and cleaning seriously. We must admit that we felt very safe in their separated dining areas. But...let's not forget why we were there in the first place....the filet of beef and lobster tails cooked to our perfection!! The chopped salad and steamed broccoli were delicious, and dinner was capped off with their divine Creme Brulee. Alvin was an amazing server and made us feel special on such a memorable evening!! Thank you!!More

The steak was very tender but lacked anything close to a memorable flavor. The stuffed chicken was overcooked, mealy, and underwhelming. The creamed spinach was flavorless and mush. Unremarkable mashed potatoes. The table was broken and wobbly, the booth seat was worn out and leaned...forward. Very uncomfortable and annoying. Air conditioner blowing right on me the whole meal. I won't be back.More

Wow we have always heard Ruth Chris is a must try restaurant. I must say I regret it took us too long to try it. The food was out of this world amazing! The steak is definitely a must try entree. The Caesar salad was...perfect. The plates are served at 500 degrees so your food stays hot from the time it hits the table until your last bite. The staff was very courteous. Almost a perfect rating with the exception of I was always told this was an upscale, fancy dining experience. So, we were dressy for that reason. However, not everyone was. It was just a normal wardrobe experience for other guests. Which is fine, however I thought the dress code had to be adhered to.More

Yes, Ruth's is a great restaurant with amazing flavors but it's a bit pricey and I find the side dishes too small for the amount of meat that you get.

Took 2 hours for service, refills were scarce accept for the alcohol and free water, 1 small loaf of bread was brought for our table of 4. The potatoes au gratin we’re bland to say the very least and all of our food tasted like...it was soaked in a salt bath, the lobster Mac and cheese was ok but noting to write home about, they got the sweet potato casserole down but it’s basically just a layer of brown sugar cover sweet potatoes so nothing to really mess up there. My wife sent her salad back because even it tasted salty, the potato leek soup was so so, the steaks were good although salty as well. We took a couple here for there 1st time and it was embarrassing to show them this experience for the 1st one. This will be our last trip to Ruth’s Chris for sure. Sad to see that other places do it better for 30% of the cost. I should have read the other reviews that warned of exactly what we were getting ourselves into but at least we know for next time and we’ll definitely never introduce anyone to this place.More

Probably our last time there. We have gone for family Christmas get together there for years now, but last nights was fairly miserable. Took nearly 3 hours to eat and service was slow and not very attentive. I suspect some of it, was a busy...Saturday night, which is why I’m not giving it a one star. Food was good, but everyone’s steaks were over cooked and we didn’t want to send back as the service was slow enough as is. We have generally always liked Ruth’s Chris, but we decided that next year we will move our dinner elsewhere after doing the last 10 years there.More
