We had burgers here for the first time today. Their Monday build your own burger special for $5.95 is a marvelous deal. Staff was very helpful on our first visit. The only thing we would do differently would be to get the condiments on the side as the burgers were a bit messy to eat. You choose your protein, bread bun, cheese, sauce, and then can add as many free items as you like: lettuce, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. Then you choose a regular side: we both got home made chips and ranch. We chose the beef patty, brioche bun, sharp cheddar and Bacon Mayo for me and BBQ Sauce and pepper jack cheese for my husband. He got a few free additions and I got everything free except mustard. You can choose premium additions for an extra charge and upgrade to a fancier side for a $2 up charge. We did just fine with the regular items that were included for free. This made for a delicious lunch We will be frequent visitors on Mondays for sure!

For the same price as greasy fast food, on Mondays for $5.95, you can get a juicy burger made from ground steak, with fresh toppings, plus one side. The portions are generous, so at our house one person orders the coleslaw, one person orders the homemade potato chips, we take it home, and then we share. It's become our go-to supper when we get a Monday off for a long weekend holiday. Bonus: you're supporting a hardworking, local business.

Ordered takeout via the App a couple of times since it opened. Burgers are really good and are made to order ( I prefer medium well, and it’s been cooked perfectly). All the sides we’ve tried are great too! (Tater tots, chips, fries) Will definitely be back to try more!

Food was great! Very creative, juicy, and well seasoned burgers. Service is excellent as well. Stephen is personable, but also his professionalism is on the level of servers at fine 5 star restaurants. His expertise answering questions about the menu as well as his kindness, especially to military veterans, is very much appreciated. Environment is very kid and family friendly if you eat in, but they are also accustomed to making the food to go. I hope Stephen is there to help with our order the next time we go there, but I actually have full confidence that their other staff members are just a nice and helpful.

We ate lunch here today and it was great. Our group of five each ordered a different burger. The entire party was pleased. Burgers are thick, all were cooked to order. Tots were crispy. Side Salad was generous and well made. I tried the PorterHouse Wings, they were just OK for me. Didn't like the steak sauce coating. I'll never go back to Bad Daddy's if a PorterHouse Burger is available There's one in High Point also.

A group of 12 friends met here tonight for dinner. Darian was our server and she did an excellent job with the drinks and meals. She knew the menu and was able to guide a couple on new diners. There are several burger spots here in Greensboro but this is the shining star of them all. That has to do with the management, chefs and servers. A lot of the sides are made in house as well as the salad dressing. None of us have ever had an issue and for me, I look forward to their food truck out and about. Porterhouse Burger has found their groove and excell in it!

I ordered a cheeseburger. The first question he asked is how I wanted it cooked. I said medium well.
When we got home, it was clearly rare. This reminds me of a the joke, where the griller asks how you want your burger cooked, then goes ahead and cooks them all the same.
Disappointing experience, as the burger went to to the dogs. If I had wanted the dogs to have one, I would have bought them one.
Fries were okay, but they too weren't the best either. Really limp.
Off to the pantry to find dinner for me...

We went to the Palladium location.
Excellent service, courtesy and great patties, served with good quality sides.
The burgers were prepared exactly as we ordered.
Both recommended for families and friends. Possibility to enjoy your burger on the outdoor tables too. Great choice of beers available

The burgers were great. Nice size patty cooked to order. They have some interesting burgers in addition to the classics. My wife got fries as her side and I got coleslaw. The coleslaw was very good. The fries were the weak spot of the meal. Not hot and not crispy. Maybe just a bad day for fries but I probably would not order them again....but everything else was great.
Good beer selection. Friendly and attentive staff.

Went March 17,2024 for 25th wedding Anniversary for St Patrick's Day. Made reservations several weeks earlier. Got there at 4pm and NO REUBEN sandwiches. No Reuben appetizers. Had corned beef and cabbage which is super skimpy. Had the cottage pie which is just okay. Did have the cod fish and chips which my husband ended up with and it was good. I ended up with a chicken Philly that was awful and I asked for the mayo on the side but did not get. The service was good and I fely sorry for my server. Terrible to adverize St. Patrick's Day food and not have it...............Very sad, ruined my Anniversary as I was so looking forward to our tradition of going here. Not next year!

It hurts me to write bad reviews. But since this is the 4th time I have consecutively had my order wrong, I am given no choice.
Two prior occasions, I ordered onion rings. The order came without them. Thankfully, I checked the order at the car and was able to go back and notify them.
Last time, a side salad was ordered. It was embarrassing what passed for a salad.
Today, I actually spoke up and me ruined my previous orders were wrong. The gentleman checked double checked it for me before I left. I was not privy to see the order, although I tried. He, Sandro, assured me it was correct.
Half and hour later, I returned home. Instead of tater tots, fries were given. Looking at the order, it clearly says tater tots.
I called and spoke with Sandro, he said too much time had passed to do anything. I had literally JUST gotten home and everyone checked their order.
Over $51.00 was spent for 3 burgers and an extra side, and only a $5.00 credit was offered.
Additionally, all burgers were ordered medium. The goat cheese burger is raw-rare.
Totally unacceptable.
Even though I have enjoyed Porterhouse, I will not be quick to patronize them again.
You expect wrong orders from fast burger joints—certainly not a place like Porterhouse.

Quaint little restaurant. Good food and good service. They have fried pickles. Atmosphere is great. Would highly recommend for a quiet evening out for a not so fancy meal.

Nice bar, very clean, well spaced out tables and booths. Our server Jordan was very friendly, accommodating and gave us time, not rushing, let us enjoy and he enjoyed serving too, he was just a great guy. . The menu is full of all kinds of burgers, bbq items, sandwiches, soups, you name it, something for everyone. Tough decision to make. Went with the Beef Brisket dinner platter, nicely smoked bbq, very tender good sauce. This was without a bun and there was plenty of brisket in the basket. Also had the Pulled Pork Plate, tender pork pulled apart tender, great sauce and very crispy nice fires. Also had the Lincolnator ,blackened chicken with shrimp and chees with fries, Huge sandwich, very tasty.For t dessert we tried the very unusual Apple Pie Egg rolls and the Chocolate chip cookie egg rolls. Lightly fried egg roll wraps with ice cream and caramel drizzle and chocolate drizzle. Have not had anything like this anywhere. These are really great and could have ordered even more. Really great bar burger and extras place.

We had our first experience with Porterhouse after it was suggested to us as a good place to eat. We visited at lunch and really enjoyed the burgers. The menu has many specialty burgers but you are also able to choose your own burger, chicken and any toppings you would like. The restaurant is very clean and the wait staff was very helpful. Make sure you get the gator tots as a side.
