We didn't get to eat here....it was right across the street from our hotel and we wanted a mid-afternoon snack and cold beverage. We went in, were told we could sit at the bar (which we requested) so we sat down to a bar full of dirty glasses and leftover nachos. The bartender never showed up after us sitting there... More

We had Chrisa and she was so helpful, polite, fast, kind, etc! Our drinks never got empty, our groupon wasn't pulling up and she was so patient and helpful! We had the Crawfish Nachos, Blackened Trio, and I got alligator (blackened) and beignets (to go)! There was so much food we had to get a to go box! The groupon... More

It's like I am back in New Orleans. This place is amazing. The food is authentic and puts me back in NO for sure. The Hurricanes are better here in my opinion as they aren't as sweet and just as potent. A really must visit place.

Our food was wonderful in taste, cooked perfect. Our waiter forgot to take all 4 drink orders, but returned after he realized it. Food was priced accordingly. Had to remind waiter that we still had not received our dessert to go. He was very cordial, funny and apologetic . Just seemed a bit stretched thin as he was bartending too.... More

First of all if you have more than 5 people they will ad a 20% gratuity on your check. This would be fine except the service is awful. We didn't get our salads and asked what was taking so long and they brought them out with our dinner. We had to ask for drink refills, when they brought new glasses... More

We had dinner at the New Orleans Bar & Grill while traveling south for vacation. We like the food in New Orleans, so thought this would be a good stop. We weren't disappointed. Both the shrimp creole and crawfish etouffee were excellent, and each dish had just enough 'heat.' We accompanied our dinner with Abita beer to give us a... More

Let me start by saying our waiter, Harrison was very informative, cordial and tried to be attentive but was spread thin. Appetizer Spinach Artichoke dip was outstanding the alligator bites with Cajun fries @ a mere $13.95 a joke. We had plenty of fries and tidbits of breaded nothingness with absolutely no flavor hence thankful for the seasoning on the... More

We went here because we could walk here from the hotel. Very pleased to find the service exceptional. I had the fried shrimp and hubby had the salmon. Both were cooked perfectly.

I knew nothing about this restaurant before deciding to buy a groupon for it. My wife and I went on a Saturday night and were very pleased with the experience. I ordered fish and chips. My wife had fried shrimp. The food was hot and tasty -- lightly battered the way we like it. Ample portions. We had an excellent... More

Really enjoyed the AYCE crab legs on Monday. Excellent service, never had to wait for additional food and leg refills.
