This was my first visit here. I asked a local friend for recommendations and this was one he gave me. I was really won over by the variety of burgers and fries offered here. When I arrived I was not disappointed. Out of five people...we were all able to order different items and get something we all loved. The burgers are thoughtfully crafted and tasted delicious! There are also meat and beef alternatives and different sizes available. They have banana pudding and milkshakes too! The entire restaurant seemed to be following covid19 policies as well. Two of the five members in my party are high risk so this meant a lot to us. If somewhere feels unsafe we can't stay. Customers as well as staff were wearing masks (properly!) and everything seemed cleaned. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town and recommending to friends!More

I made a long overdue trip to the Big Burger Spot to pickup dinner for the family. The burgers were great as were the onion rings.

Everything is delicious!!! We ordered bison burgers. I ordered mine gluten free on a side salad. The salad was very large. Serving sizes are large. Milkshakes are as good as they get. They make pork rinds! Yummy food!

Stopped by here and saw that you could call-in or online order at this place (during the virus outbreak). They took our order by online ordering and they brought it to our car. I was impressed with the choices of items to order and the...condiments you could choose from such as various types of cheese, choice of different types of mustard (my favorite on a burger), etc. My husband and I also ordered onion rings, so good! We are looking forward to going back sometime. Thank you for being open during this time period.More

I'd been wanting to eat at this place for a while, just never had the chance until today. I chose to get the classic burger so I could compare it to what is typically served elsewhere. Figured I try one of their specialty burgers on...another visit, if I liked the classic. I loved it. Good quality beef, cooked perfectly. The perfect amount of mayo, mustard, pickle lettuce and cheese. Bun was toasted nicely. All in all a delicious burger. Husband chose the mushroom/swiss burger. He liked his also. We shared a small order of regular fries which was the perfect amount for the two of us. They had a nice crunch and were piping hot when we picked up our order. Service was great from order window to pick up window. Cook has a great sense of humor. As others have said it is located beside an Exxon Gas Station. So, kinda like a divey burger joint. Yet the health rating was very good and nothing seemed unclean or unkept. We will definitely return.More

while in Greensboro for 6 days I ate here 3 times also had Hot Dogs once they were awesome as well. It offers outside seating for dog lovers. No matter what time of day I went the place was very busy. Wait time is about...15 minutes. It's at a gas station attached building. You won't be disappointed.More

This location is just a little burger joint. You order at a window and they call your name for food pickup. The burgers are great. You can choose from complex gourmet-style burgers or you can just get a simple cheeseburger. I really like the turkey...burger - it has flavor and it is juicy. My whole family likes the buns - they are light and fluffy. The prices are affordable, and our family ate there for not much more than we would have spent at a chain fast food place. The service is prompt and friendly. Seems like most of the staff has been there for a long time, and this says something about the quality. I highly recommend for a tasty and quick quality burger.More

First tip - if you're not big eaters or can't take a lot of grease - only order one burger or sandwich and one side of one of the many varieties of fries for two of you. Second tip - if you're going for the...burger don't opt for one of the fancy ones - just get the plain burger and add all the condiments you want to it. There must be a dozen or more things you can put on your burger for free including grilled onions and mushrooms, barbecue sauce, lettuce and tomato, etc. Third tip - if you like tropical fruit don't miss the pineapple milkshake, full of crushed pineapple. Fourth tip - if you like fried onion rings, these are great. They're small slivers of onions with very crunchy breading - not like the big onions that slide right out of the breading when you take a bite. This place is small and doesn't have a lot of seating. You order at the window, take a seat and wait for your name to be called, then bus your own table when you're done. And the restaurant is easy to miss as there are no high-rise or road-side signs - just the one on the building. It's in the same small plaza as the Exon gas station.More
