The food here was better than your average Mexican place. The salsa had an interesting twist to it, not too hot but a spice in it you don't always find. We asked to sub out green peppers and replace them with jalapenos in our entree and they subbed in plenty (usually you only get a few). The Texas fajitas were... More

Delicious food, great service and relaxed atmosphere. A great time!! The chips and salsa are wonderful and they keep the basket full, great on drink refills too.

I usually eat here for the convenience when a Mexican food craving hits. It's not the best Mexican food in the entire world, or in Greensboro for that matter, but it's cheap and decent. I would recommend the chimichangas.

Went to this restaurant with a rather large group with a reservation made months in advance. They claimed to be able to seat up to 120 people but part of our group needed to sit in another part of the place and ve had just under 100 people. The food was horrendous. Then to pay the check took over half... More

We have been coming to LaBamba for years, starting when they were located on Farmington and we even had a group from work eat there weekly. The only reason we stopped going when they moved was because we couldn't get there and back on our lunch hour. The State Street location is much larger and the food is still consistently... More

Always loved coming here, but today we were seated and had to wait 15 minutes for a server to even ask what we wanted to drink. Once they did, however, I thought the food was great.

Dined at La Bamba, my first visit. Restaurant is large with several separate dining rooms and a bar area. I sat at the bar and ordered a burrito, quesadilla along with a margarita. Good margarita. Service was friendly but slow. Restaurant was tired, bright lights at the bar and the bathroom was filthy. Food was nothing special. My tab was... More

The food was ok.. We had to send it back several times to get it right. Went our whole meal with nothing to drink finally had to flag someone down. They are not like they used to be. Step it up. There are more better in the area.
