Recently had lunch at this corner establishment. Normally I'd sit outside on their great patio, but it was a bit too hot on this trip. Had the Fried Green Tomato with Bacon and Pimento Cheese Sandwich, always a good choice with the Tater Tots. Worth the trip to eat there.

LPFS boasts great food, top-notch (and ever changing) craft beer selection, well-made cocktails, and wonderful staff. We've lived in Greensboro for a year and it's been our favorite restaurant since we arrived. Great for date night, a meal with friends, or a family event. Highly recommend!

First time eating there -- was very impressed. I sat on the outdoor covered patio. Prompt and friendly service. I had the half sandwich/half salad lunch combo. Old favorites as well as creative menu items with homemade dressings and fresh ingredients. I can also recommend the house white wine! I am a vegetarian and felt like there was a good... More

I'm not sure if it's cause I was starving from being in the hot sun all day, but this food is freaking amazing. You must eat here. Period.

This is one of our favorite places to eat on Fridays. There are a large variety of sandwiches and there is often adult beverage specials. We enjoy the ambience in the place with a college type atmosphere. It does get busy on weekends but that also means it is a good place. We have tried a lot of their sandwiches... More

Avery pleasant neighborhood restaurant. I really enjoyed their salad that came with a caper dressing. Fresh and with good flavour!

Even though we were there on Mother's Day, it was an enjoyable time in spite of the crowds. Food was good and reasonably priced. Ideal for families and children for lunch. Patio has extra space for kids to roam without bothering other diners.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for a quick bite and we really enjoyed it! Serving mainly sandwiches, burgers and salads, the food was delicious. They had some unusual sandwich combinations and I liked something "different." It has a great neighborhood feel and you can tell when "regulars" come in. We will need to try it for brunch soon... Second time visit and same experience - I don't get it. This place makes a ton of top lists for Greensboro restaurants - while it's technically very neighborhoody with sandwiches named after local streets and such, I would not define it as a gem. Long waits, multiple servers, tough to get attention, menu is really just sandwiches, wraps, salads and... More

Recently took my girlfriend to LPFS for her birthday. Was the first time either of us had been there, and I can honestly say we WILL be back. LPFS has amazing sandwiches, a good beer and wine selection and friendly/knowlegable staff. Parking is a bit limited, but that's true for everything in this area, so be prepared to likely have...
