Starting with the best is the only possible way to end up with the best. Keep The Environment Clean, Organized and In Proper Working Order Concern for the guest means being attentive to all environmental details from maintenance of the physical plant to the personal grooming of each individual employee. Cleanliness and order are the keys to building guest confidence in the establishment. Make Memorable Moments It is the perfecting of all the little details in a restaurant that makes the guest's dining experience a memorable one. With every action, the appropriate question is: does this act show a commitment to excellence and respect for the patronage of the guest? Work As a Team Ease, efficiency and enjoyment of the restaurant experience, for both employees and guests, is directly related to the level of respect, support and cooperation among the staff. Any restaurant guest is everybody's guest; any restaurant responsibility is everybody's responsibility.

This place is tucked away at the end of town, Christmas day it was packed with up to 1 hour wait times, but if you go upstairs to the bar its first come first serve and you can order food and eat there. The bartender's were attentive and friendly. On this day they only excepted cash payment (I'm not sure is this is daily or because it was Christmas and busy) but like everything in Gatlinburg it's a little expensive so paying cash was kinda unexpected...luckily I had some Christmas cash with me or we might of been washing dishes..lol food and drinks were great!

This is a great spot for lunch. We ate here since parking was free and located at the very edge of downtown area so we could eat and then walk the street. The brewery is mostly bar bites but the pizza is quite good. They are spacing folks out for social distancing and the waitstaff are wearing masks. Service was very good and price points are fair. This is a good spot for casual dining for family or groups to enjoy lunch or dinner.

We arrived in town late Friday evening 8/14/16 and we didn’t stop to eat as we wanted to wait to get to Gatlinburg just to eat at Smokey Mountain Brewery because they have terrific food. We called ahead as we knew it would be after 10 pm when we arrived and they keep serving food up till 12 pm(which is amazing). The food is off the chain(pardon my pun) but is it really, really good. They have the best mixed drinks and beer as well. There was a band playing also and they were very good. We had a wonderful time. We will keep coming back every time we come to Gatlinburg because they are so great. I had an amazing birthday weekend. Thanks Smokey Mountain Brewery and Gatlinburg.

Drinks were good, went through a shift change and both waitresses were ok. My problem was do not offer steak with the option of being well done if you cannot cook a steak well done. I sent my steak back THREE times to get no pink. They took off 10% from the order but once I got the steak it was tough and dried out from continuing to cook the SAME piece of steak. Overall will never be back.

We almost couldn’t find this place...it truly is tucked behind a couple other restaurants off of the main road and a little hard to see. We went because it offered live music which was REALLY good and the service was also REALLY good but sadly the food was just ok. We had to send our appetizer back because it was so oily it was inedible. They quickly brought back what appeared to be a microwaved appetizer but at least we were able to eat it. The burger was better but nothing I would order again. We were hoping for so much more. We might go back ...they were busy so maybe it was an off night....but I’m not sure😟

We stopped for a quick lunch. It was cold December day and we were surprised to find the interior of the resturant was also cool. After sitting by a window with a draft, we asked if you could move to an interior table. The waitress said that fine so we moved. Since we were to meet a person there we decided to stay, which was an error. We placed an order while we wait for our guest. When the person arrived, the manager came to inform us that they lost their propane and would not be serving us. However, after the manager left, our waitress arrived with our food, she was aware of what was going in the kitchen and was able to get our food before the "propane" problem occurred. Quick thinking on her part. However, our guest could not order. Since we all ordered chili. We obtained an extra bowl and shared. The chili was good, but the meal was restricted because of the kitchen going down.

The food is delicious. The pizza is epic. I've visited Gatlinburg about 6-7 times over the years. Even though there's plenty of restaurants to try, I always make sure I go to Smoky Mountain Brewery every trip. And I don't even drink beer. I come for the food. (Usually the pizza specifically) I tried something new this time and was a bit nervous about it. I tried the ground chicken burger. It was delectable. Juicy and full of flavor. Service was good. But I will add that we went on a rainy Wednesday afternoon. There was hardly anyone in there - which was nice! BONUS: If there's room in their parking lot, you get to park there for free for 3 hours with restaurant receipt. Considering most parking in Gatlinburg is $20 per car - it's a huge bonus to get a meal and free parking! It took us about an hour to eat and then we walked Gatlinburg for two hours, which was plenty of time for us.

My husband remembered this place from years ago and it was a must stop for our quick weekend trip. Popped in around 2:30 pm to avoid the dinner crowds, there were a had full of folks eating. Service was prompt, food was speedy and reasonably priced. Loved the wings with the house sauce and ranch. We split a medium pizza which we customized and devoured. Pizza, wings and beer for $40. Perfect place for bar food. There is also parking in the rear of the property. Parking is $10 unless you make a $10 purchase at one of the shops, make sure you keep you receipt. Also the parking is shaded for the hot summer days.

We were hungry, and the sign said it was voted the best something. Anyway it smelled great. I ordered Philly cheesesteak. It was ok. Some of the meat was hard to chew. Mushrooms were an extra cost(normally comes on a Philly). Like I said, it was just ok. One granddaughter ordered a pizza- she disliked it so much, that she said she wasn’t hungry so she would t have to eat it. Husband ordered a chicken sandwich, and again-he said it was just “ok”. On the other hand, the granddaughter that ordered ribs, said they were great. Unfortunately, we had to order her an adult entree, with a half rack, because that’s all they offered. Very expensive meal. Not worth the $$.

Waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. My husband asked about our food our waiter said they were being slow because they were busy, which they were not! After he asked he came right back with our food, which was cold and said they was having a problem with the food runner which told us it had been sitting there awhile. The waiter which has adhd asked if we needed anything and before we could get one thing out he would take off. It took him 3 trips to get us what we needed. The burger, wings and Philly cheesesteak was dry and tasteless. And the steak was overcooked. Not a good experience.

If you like Brewery's then you will like this one the beer was great, as well as, the food. I had one of their hand-tossed pizzas which was delicious. My fiance' had the fried chicken strips and they were very juicy and tender. They have live music each night Great place will definitely go back.

Wanted to try a different place so we went to the Brewery.... it was really good! Live music! Not too much waiting time to be seated and served. Food was good and quickly served with homemade delicious beers - loved the Helles - it was a fun tasty place to go and never stop coming back! A big variety of meals for every taste!

Stopped by here one evening as we were seeking a quick meal. We were already overly hungry. There seemed to be little to no line and we figured a pizza would be fast. We went to the hostess stand and were told it would be about a 30 minute wait, which is NOT bad considering the holiday week. We were told that we would receive a text when our table was ready. Within 5 minutes we were being alerted that our table was ready! Back inside, the hostess sent us upstairs to be seated. The atmosphere here is very PUB or Bar-like, which is understandable considering it is a brewery. It is a little noisy and there are TVs with sports playing around the bar and dining room. We were seated at a table across from the bar. Our waitress was around shortly. She was dressed in super tight clothing, covered in tattoos and had a facial piercing. Not quite a family friendly vibe upon first glance, but she was nice. We ordered a pizza that was plain on one half and the other half with pepperoni and green peppers. We ordered waters and waited for our pizza. We waited about 25 minutes for our pizza to be delivered to the table. When it came it looked greasy with oil floating on top of the pizza. It did not look appealing, but I was hungry so I gave it a go. Overall, I was not crazy about the Smoky Mountain Brewery. We used to dine here ages ago. Last time was around 2007! I couldn't remember why we quit going here, but this visit reminded me. It is just too much of a bar atmosphere for my taste. Also that evening I found the pizza to be just OK and that rating probably generous because I was starving. In reality, the pizza was overly greasy and probably not something I would eat again unless of course I was starving again. Kids did NOT like it at all. Water had a strange chemical taste to it. Service was not very fast at 25 minutes, considering we only ordered a pizza. However, on the plus side, time to be seated at a table was FAST despite it being a holiday week (July 4). I probably would not recommend.

We planned ahead and knew a Saturday night dinner at this highly recommended restaurant would have a long wait time but it was so worth it. We wanted to see the Griffin Brothers Band so arrived approximately 6:45 with a fairly easy drive in from Pigeon Forge and plenty of parking available and were told it would be an hour or so to be seated. We walked around the town and got to see some street performers in the area who were excellent and did a bit of shopping while we waited. When we were seated in great view of the band our server Amanda was fantastic! There were 5 of us and all enjoyed our meals. The beers were very good and well described on the menu and the lemonade with blueberries was outstanding! The band was great and we stayed for the entire first set. Enjoyed talking to some of the other very friendly patrons as well. Tabitha, the manager was very helpful!

Decided to have dinner at our favorite place, but a little nerve wracking that 6ft. Rule is not being totally observed. Menus are paper, with limited choices. Great waitress and service as usual. Got our food quickly. I chose my favorite the chicken fingers, with potato salad and broccoli cheese with a diet coke. My husband chose chicken wings and fries with a coke. Ketchup for fries are now ketchup packets, and you cant get a to go cup for your drinks. When I went to the bathroom, theres a big sign, only 2 in at a time. Its not being enforced. More than 2 came in while I was in there.😪. Rating lowered to a 4 due due to 6ft. Not being applied. I didnt like having tourists on either side and around us, when there were empty tables away from us.
