My wife and I come to Gatlinburg at least twice a year, it's stress free, fun, and not a long drive. Every time we come we come to the brewery at least once a day (no joke). We love craft beer and the food is great. I recommend the beer sampler (all of them if you can handle it), pretzels... More

Beer and food were both just okay. Not terrible, but not super great. Husband got the ribeye, which was really fatty and undercooked. Not worth the price. It was busy, but service was especially slow.

My wife and I had lunch here October 11, 2016. The beer crafted here was wonderful. The ribs were fantastic and somewhere between fall of the bone and having to pull. You could easily remove the meat with a fork. I will go here again and try another dish abd several more of the 6 ounce sampler beers. Yummy. Be... More

We ate here for lunch on a Friday. Most of the actual restaurant is upstairs and with all the large picture windows there are great views of the surrounding mountains. It almost feels like you are in a cabin when in the restaurant area. The service was good. The food is pretty much bar food, pizzas, cal-zones, sandwiches, wings, and... More

My husband and I stopped here to try a few beers. The service was great! We ordered a flight of beers and were very surprised!! You get 9 different beers for $11! And they're 5 oz each so you get plenty! We had a great time and the beers great! We enjoyed the IPA and the Helles! Definitely recommend that... More

Had a nice lunch at SMB, no kids menu but the personal pizza was a good size for my 5 year old. Food wasn't spectacular, but it was good and the service was fine, no wait either.

My child is fearful of taxidermy of all kind. They removed the fish from the wall so we could eat here. They have gluten free pizza in two sizes. Reasonably priced cocktails. Generous kids portions. We had lunch so not real busy. Wait staff was nice.

We have dined here at least ten times and we have enjoyed each meal. We always begin with pretzels and cheese. My husband always has one of the many burgers. They are all a delicious mess! I like the burgers, wings, pizza...it's all good. We like sitting up top and enjoying the view. At times it is packed and we... More

Serve Simple Foods Whatever the specific restaurant concept, the ability to create menu items in a consistently excellent manner is directly related to ease of production and simplicity of presentation. Consistency at a high level is always more important than innovation. Use The Finest quality Ingredients There is no more essential factor in a successful menu program than the quality of ingredients used in food preparation. Starting with the best is the only possible way to end up with the best. Keep The Environment Clean, Organized and In Proper Working Order Concern for the guest means being attentive to all environmental details from maintenance of the physical plant to the personal grooming of each individual employee. Cleanliness and order are the keys to building guest confidence in the establishment. Make Memorable Moments It is the perfecting of all the little details in a restaurant that makes the guest's dining experience a memorable one. With every action, the appropriate question is: does this act show a commitment to excellence and respect for the patronage of the guest? Work As a Team Ease, efficiency and enjoyment of the restaurant experience, for both employees and guests, is directly related to the level of respect, support and cooperation among the staff. Any restaurant guest is everybody's guest; any restaurant responsibility is everybody's responsibility.
