Not our best visit. One they had been swamped with a large group of young people who were loud and active. My own experience. Excited to be going to Dolly Wood, we heard them say. Our waitress was Nancy. She was direct, which some would...say rude, but I found rather enjoyable. My son in law got burnt butts and they had high fat content. We all got BBQ of one form or another and it was good, other than the bunt butts. Will say over more than twenty years we have dined here or their location in Pigeon Forge and sadly to us, they are not what they use to be. We have begun checking other BBQ options in the area and this might have been out last visit.More

Great bbq. Ribs fall right off of bone. Had a nice smoke flavor/ Granddaughter had pulled pork sandwich great taste. I had collard greens with mine were awesome. We also tried the fried deviled eggs. They were very very good. Try them, you'll love them

Various bbq sandwiches and potato skins were sort of okay. Brisket sandwhich better than Carolina pulled pork. All food lacked seasoning and bbq sauces were not great.

It was good but nothing to write home about....Ribs, Brisket and Pulled Pork were all good but nothing stood out as being outstanding. Pulled pork came out just warm, not hot. Mac n Cheese was plain/bland. Collared Greens and Green Beans were just "ok". Cauliflower...wings (appetizer) were actually the tastiest item we ordered. Waitress was sub-par, nice but seemed almost unhappy to be there. If we come back to the area, we'll try a difft place for BBQ. Spoke to a local afterward and he had the same take on this restaurant, "just ok".More

We were very disappointed. We were at the Pigeon Forge many years ago and liked it, so we thought this would be good too. To start off one of the benches in our booth was soaking wet, we wiped it up with the paper towel...that was on the table. We could see the kitchen and judging from the very dirty door, and dirty kitchen floor we could see we should have left right then. The food was horrible. My collard greens were in a pool of water. My hubby's chicken was so tough he could not even cut it with a steak knife. My pork shoulder came with no sauce and was dry and tasteless. The plates were old plastic and scratched. Our server didn't ask why 2 plates were virtually untouched and proceeded to rattle off dessert items like nothing was wrong (after not checking in us once after pretty much dropping our plates on the table). Waste of money.More

The best from beginning to end! Sweet tea was perfect, the BBQ, the coleslaw and potato salad! Not to mention the blackberry and peach cobbler ♥️ Our server Jody was a delight as well. Highly recommended, our best meal this trip

My husband and I had a great dinner here on March 10. We ordered the Carolina Pork sandwich and the Pork Shoulder sandwich. The portions were huge but both were delicious! Our server, Tini D, was fantastic and very friendly. We will be back for...sure.More

The food is excellent and the service is phenomenal. The one thing missing is the food was warm and not hot. All of the sauces are great, and it would have been nice if they were warm.

Had a great meal, lots of choices and reasonable prices. Has a bar. Family oriented, customer service was great. Can walk from motels. Safe area.
