Delicious meal with exceptional service and all safety measures in place! Don’t miss this while in the Smoky Mountains!

The food was average at best. My steak came out tasting burnt, I ordered it medium and it came out well done. I sent it back and the second one wasn't any better. Everyone's meal was okay but for the price, they charge it should...have been much better. I would skip this place.More

service here was fantastic overall but the steak was bland there was no seasoning to it and it tasted like it was pulled from fridge and thrown on grill was not impressed by the tone steak

We had the filet and stuffed shrimp and they were very good. The service was also great and we got everything we needed.

We wanted to take some friends out to dinner, and they suggested the Alamo Steakhouse. We had a short wait (1/2 hour) on a Friday night and then were seated at a booth. Our waitress, Kerry, was friendly, attentive and pleasant to be around. She...explained everything on the menu, and was helpful when original requests were then later changed. I had the Oak Fire Grilled Pork Chops with Baked Potato and Salad. My wife had the Teriyaki Chicken over rice with crab soup. We were first served a basket of hot baked rolls, with honey butter. They were delicious. Then my Chops came with Baked Potato with sour creme and butter and my salad. It was more than I could eat. I could only finish one Chop, and most of the baked potato and salad. My wife felt her portions were good also and could not finish her meal. 2 take home boxes were provided. Kerry was attentive to our every need, and brought a tea refill without my having to request it. The prices here are a bit higher than I am used to, but the food was fantastic as was the service. I know this is an area favorite as there were still people waiting to get inside when we left a little after 8 pm. I can highly recommend the Alamo Steakhouse.More

I am always on the lookout for a great wedge salad. This place has it. And more. Also had the ribeye. and dessert. I think this is the place i had the hot apple crisp w/ ice cream. All of it -- top notch .....Would definitely come back to this place again. Has quite a history too. It burned in the fire. It's rebuilt to the original specs -- only the top floor got deleted. OH, and the loaded baked potato -- also excellent.More

On Saturday 8/29/2020 we attempted to order an anniversary dinner to-go and were told there were no more to-go availability for that day. We had called around 6:30pm. We were trying to do the right thing in getting dinner to go (and we had a...puppy with us) but we’re told we couldn’t order to-go. Very disappointing. Had to settle for another restaurant which was awful. :-( Seems like Alamo will only do the much riskier inside dining.More

Hi! Unfortunately we do limit to-go dinners very rarely when our wait is extremely long and our kitchen is overloaded. It is not because we enjoy the "riskier inside dining", but because it is not fair for folks who are eating inside to have to...More

Food average. Server “wore” a mask but didn’t cover her nose - what was the point of wearing it? Husband’s steak was fatty, drenched in butter, and gross. My charbroiled Chicago salad had 2 cherry tomatoes, 3 slices of cucumber, overcooked chicken, and inedible bacon....Don’t bother going here.More
