We are trying to support local restaurants on this trip and the Alamo is only a block from our condo. We went before 3 (2:45) so we could save money and have the lunch menu. Same food as the dinner menu, just cheaper. Our waitress...was great, super friendly and helpful. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and my husband had the Alamo burger. There was more food than we could eat. I highly recommend this place.More

Do Not order the spinach Salad or the mixed Vegetables they are flavorless and the server/mgmt seemed so not seem to care

Stopped in on recommendation from our timeshare concierge. Tim, our server was phenomenal!! Rolls were hot and delicious. Salads were good, though way too much dressing on Ceaser. Alamo potatoes were good. Steak was thin and had a lot of fat. We ordered “The Steak”...and split it. I would go to Texas Roadhouse before coming back here.More

Great food , good selection and reasonably priced away from crowed down town Gatlinburg . We have burgers , steak sandwiches and grilled pork chops. Waitress was very attentive.

We stopped for dinner and so glad we did...There was a wait when we arrived, about an hour, but it was so worth it...The service was excellent as was the food. The steaks were perfection, tender and a lot of flavor. Don't miss this spot...when you visit.More

We drove by this place several times and saw it was always busy with people waiting to get in. Went here for dinner - superb. I had stuffed shrimp and they were wonderful. Other family members went for filet mignon and salmon. Everything tasted great...and the service was 5*. They open at 3 most days. Eat by 4 to avoid the wait.More

Excellent all around! Our server (Tawnya?) was wonderful - she seemed genuinely happy to be there, super friendly, had great recommendations. I had the wedge with texan dip combo - delicious. Husband had steak done perfectly, with great tasting sides. All the food was presented...beautifully. Priced were very reasonable. We would have eaten here every day if we tried it sooner than our last night on vacation! Loved that it was set away from the crowded streets and had it's own parking.More

Decided to end our family vacation with a nice steak dinner, if you are in the area this place is a must visit. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and food was top-notch. Our server Kerri was a breath of fresh air, she was so...friendly & informative on the history of the restaurant down to the menu items. We will definitely be returning.More

Delicious food! And we loved our waiter. Creme Brulee was the best I have ever eaten. Located right at Trolley pick up. Very nice.

Disappointed. Porterhouse and New York Strip, both were thin and tasted like they were dragged through salt. Sides were okay but nothing great. Shrimp was good but the crabmeat mixture was mushy and not much flavor. The best thing about the experience was the staff....They were friendly and personable.More

Not for sure but the wait time to get in was minimal when we were there. Service and and food were excellent and expedited very quickly. You could tell our server had been doing this for some time.

Hi, I suggest that it might be a good idea to book direct with Alamo.
