Great atmosphere. Fresh ingredients and best tea ever but save room for desert!! The amaretto bread pudding was the best desert I've ever had. A quaint little gem

The food is great! Definitely try the tea of the day. The chicken salad plate is just perfect with plenty of food but leaves room for dessert.

Thank You Tripadvisor!! We would have never gone to this hidden gem if it had not been for Tripadvisor showing it as a place to not miss. My husband was a bit skeptical when I said we were going to a tea room for lunch while exploring the arts and crafts loop in the morning but he was convinced. We... More

This is about our 6th visit to the Wild Plum in the last dozen years. Whereas in the past we have enjoyed it, we feel that the focus of the Wild Plum has shifted. I don't feel using the name "Tea Room" adequately describes the Wild Plum, as "Café" would be more like it. They do not function as a... More

My husband and I eat here every time we come to these beautiful mountains. We brought our dog this time and were allowed to have him with us on the porch. Very gracious, appetizing and relaxing restaurant.

Had lunch with a Celiac gluten-free person, a gluten- and dairy-free person, a vegan, and a carnivore. This wonderful restaurant was able to satisfy all of us with wonderful, fresh, flavorful food and no worries about allergens and food preferences. The atmosphere was charming, the staff was fantastic. The flourless chocolate torte is the best I have ever had. Ask... More

Whenever I'm in the Gatlinburg area I plan my day around a visit to Wild Plum...it is a must! Be aware that this little gem is little...even with a lovely outdoor dining patio...so be prepared to wait. And, as usual, it was well worth the wait. I started with the refreshing iced "Wild Plum Tea" and warm mini-muffins and jam...yum.... More

What a delight! We finally got in. We visit 2 times a year and they are always so busy. We were able to get in and was such a treat. The food was fresh and fabulous! All I can say is YUM!!! I bought their cook book and have been making their iced tea ever since we got home!!! :)

When one thinks "tea room," one thinks prissy. This is partially true for The Wild Plum Tea Room - but not quite. More than one man came in while we were there to eat scrumptious soups, salads, and soufflés. These are made from scratch after the order is placed. This is a restaurant advertised by shop owners over and over... More

My wife and I had lunch at the Wild Plum and we were both pleased with our meal. The service was good and the portion sizes were just right. The blackberry cobbler for dessert was very good as was the iced tea. If you are in the area I would recommend this restaurant.
