Want to start out by saying that our family has been vacationing to Gatlinburg for years and have always loved Blaine’s however we skipped last year and decided to have dinner here on this trip and we were all so disappointed. Our waiter was extremely...rude to start. Had to wait forever just to get drinks (restaurant was not busy at all), no plates given with appetizer, child’s grilled cheese nothing but Texas toast put in a toaster (not even toasted all the way) with two slices of cheese that weren’t even melted in the middle, chopped steak that was supposed to be cooked medium came to the table completely charred and black on the outside, two orders of slow cooked ribs were brought to us slimy and gelatinous and fried (frozen) shrimp were still cold and served with a side of stale fries. We are so disappointed to have experienced this here. It has always been a go-to favorite restaurant in Gatlinburg to our family. We will not be eating here again.More

We visited Blaines on Sunday night. Service was great and food was fabulous. Nice building with great decor and music. We all had the BBQ burger and tried the appetizer sampler plate. Will definitely go back

First off, u have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the seating area. Then up another long flight of stairs if u want to use the bathroom. Ordered a well done bbq cheddar burger that says it comes w onion straws...on it. I got a med rare w no onions. I sent it back just mentioning it wasnt well done like I ordered n it took 2x as long for them to remake it n it came back w onions. (The onion part was just to show they didnt make it right the first time anyway) it had a decent taste but u could tell it was just a frozen patty that they charred. There r better places to eat.More

Locals looking to have a night out. Place was not that busy. Realized apparently short handed on wait staff. But two girls I guess hostesses, stand there to take you to a table with there cell phones out, texting away and talking. Meanwhile 1 waitress...come over 10 minutes later to take our drink order. 15 minutes we still not received our drinks while the two hostesses continue with talking and cell phones. We got up and left. Poor management. Nice letting employees talk to each other and play on cell phones and not lend helping hands to wait staff when short handed. Really stupid..More

This was absolutely the worse experience of dining. We don't know how they had a wait, it wasn't busy upstairs at all. 1st- One you go 3 flights up to the restaurant portion (if there's someone elderly or handicap-Don't Eat Here, No Elevators), then if...you have to use the restroom you have to go up another flight. 2nd- Service is Non Existence. If you need to look at menu, they'll be back 20 min later. Refills won't happen. The staff hide in this room next to kitchen, where they have smoked windows so you can't see in. They all hide in there. We needed condiments to eat our food. We waited forever, by now food is more cold. 3rd- Food is just bad. How hard is it to make a burger. The burger was Dry and Burnt, yet cold to where the cheese stayed cold and wouldn't melt. Grilled Chicken Sandwich Dry and burnt, says it comes with Honey Mustard ((Server said they stopped putting it on)(Hint...check back on your guests)). Fries are so chewy, not just because they are old and cold, but because it's OLD GREASE. Do yourself a favor and eat at McDonalds or Five Guys. Don't eat here. We all work in Food Industry, this should be closed by the Health Department.More

We went there with a large group of 19 friends and family. We had stopped at another spot that had a two hour wait but this place accommodated us in no time and made it happen. The drinks were priced just right and the food...was amazing! I had the full rack of the BBQ ribs and ended up taking more than half home since it’s a large portion. The service was great and the place is right across from the very popular sky bridge which was a nice view! I recommend this place for great food and drinks!More

We were walking trying to see what restaurant looked good and this was the place! No wait to get a table at 5:30 on a Friday. The waiter was quick to get our drinks and went over what he would recommend from the menu. We...took his advice and got the bbq cheddar burger and shrimp Alfredo. Both were cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. I normally cannot eat a half lb burger and I ate the whole thing. The bbq sauce was just amazing. If they sold bottle I would have got some. The coleslaw I ordered was a fail though. It barely had any dressing and was tasteless. I love coleslaw and this was definitely on the low end of good slaw. One thing though... they have the EXACT same menu as JT Hannah’s in pigeon forge so if you don’t want to repeat your restaurants I would pick one but you could always order different things and it be a different experience each timeMore

The food was mediocre. Not the best burgers I’ve ever had. Younger wait staff would’ve been the key. Our server smelt like a fresh burnt cigarette. Also, the restaurant was under construction at the time of my visit.
