This restaurant is always included in our trips to Gatlinburg. Great Italian food-- pizza, pastas , salad, and bread. Huge servings. Be sure to go there hungry!!

Stopped in here for lunch and while the meal was ok and reasonable the restaurant itself is tired, booths are ripped, tables are chipped etc. would skip it

Picture of AC unit on 7/21. Visited again last weekend and same AC unit. Love food and service is always good. Sad that we have to eat in heat, but much worse for employees who are forced to work in horrible conditions. Very apparent owners either do not care about customers or employees, or cannot afford to fix the problem.

Had the calamari and a pizza. Best Calamari I have had since Spain, it was not rubbery, just right. The pizza was great among the better ones. Saw a calzone someone had and it looked really big and could be almost too much for 2 people!

Family ate here during vacation. Food was good. We had different pasta dishes and they were enjoyed by all. Service was a bit lacking. And apparently they were having air conditioning issues which made for some uncomfortable dining.

"The Best Bloody Mary's in town" was the tagine that brought us in. We sat down just for drinks, and ended up trying their amazing pizza, and garlic rolls. What a wonderful surprise!

My family and I ate here a couple weeks ago. We got sat down very quickly and everyone enjoyed their food. The A/C was not working though, so it was very hot and sticky and made it uncomfortable. This is the only time we have had any trouble at this place. Hopefully next time will be better!

We had dinner at Best Italian at the recommendation of a coworker who has visited Gatlinburg many times. I asked for Alfredo sauce for my garlic rolls. It took 20 minutes and wasn't Alfredo sauce. My husband ordered the Marsala. It was more of a gravy than a sauce and it was very sugary - not much of a Marsala... More

The decor and atmosphere were definitely lacking, but the food and service were both really good. Prices were rather high, but the portion sizes were absolutely huge. There do not seem to be many Italian options in town, and we would definitely go here again on a future visit. Don't let the name and outside appearance steer you away.

My friend and I ate a lunch here..we both were impressed on the large portions and also enjoyed the garlic rolls as an appetizer...I was really impressed on the friendly fast service..the servers all walked with a brisk step amd seemed to be there to please the customers...I hope I get back sometime!!

Thank Jenalee J
