This restaurant is located towards the end of the "strip", in a little complex with 2 other restaurants. We went there for a steak and all I can say is WOW. I got the prosperity steak, which is a 10 ounce. It was the most...tender, amazing steak I have ever eaten. My wife got the prime rib, and it was awesome as well. We are from MD, so we were skeptical about them listing "MD style crabcakes" on the menu, but they didnt disappoint. They were actually made with lump crab meat. The ambiance is great and the prices are very good for a resort town.More
Highly recommend! Fantastic dinners! Seated on time, wonderful window table, great atmosphere, excellent Prosperty steak (one of the best steak dinners I have ever had!) & flavorful Prosperity pork chop dinner, server Dylan the best. Our dinners $20 to $24, which were fairly priced for...these outstanding meals. Will definitely return!More
From the start the staff was very accommodating. They set me up in the bar for dinner and the bartender, Jessie, was very prompt to provide me with a drink and take my order. Just watching the whole bar staff and wait staff was great...to see. They were fast and efficient and kind. That is a rare mix. I ordered the Prosperity Steak with the Neva Potatoes that came with bread. The steak was very flavorful and seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly as requested. The neva potatoes were a perfect match with the steak. Their creaminess and just perfect cheesiness blended so well with the steak’s flavor. I think I could taste of a hint of garlic in the fresh bread, and it was perfect. I also got the brownie sundae, which Jessie was so nice to separate from the ice cream, so it would be easier to transport back to my room and to be able to reheat the brownie. The overall experience was one of the best and I will definitely visit again when in town. My only tips would be the sweet tea. It was not very sweet, but that could of been from the ice that seemed to be watering it down a bit. Though, I’m sure I didn’t need any more sugar anyway. This is probably just a personal preference, but something they could look into.More
We recently had dinner at Cherokee. We had reservations and were seated immediately. We enjoyed the food. The steaks were very good. Service was a little slow and our server seemed to disappear at times. They could be understaffed.
We'll go back.
