First of all, we live here and eat Mexican frequently. The service was most excelent, but the food left me unexcited. First of all I'm not sure where the pictures above were taken, but my Carnita plate looked nothing like those. Hands down the smallest portion of Carnita's I have ever had, and they were tasteless. They brought 3 small corn tortilla's without any foil to retain heat and by the time I got to my third one it was dry and tough. I aksed for sauce, they brought a small cup of Habanero that was greyish and charged 79 cents for it. All in all not really impressed.

Not expecting crowds in February, we attempted to dine at Ole Red only to find a 1 hour wait. We walked up the street to No Way's and she said it was a 15 minute wait. 5 minutes later we were seated. Our order was taken promptly, the food was hot and fresh and the server attended to all our needs without prompting. Queso Dip is fantastic. Chicken fajitas tender enough to cut with a fork. Great experience and not too pricey.

Went in for lunch and had the Burrito especial and my wife had the flautas. Both dishes were very good and the portions were good sized. When we got the bill it was only $30 for both dishes, a beer and soft drink. We were very pleased with the service and food. This restaurant is definitely on the come back again list.

This is what happens when Americans open a Mexican restaurant. They put all the cost in the decor to catch your eye and no research in the menu. We were served some mexican ingredients that did not taste at all Mexican. Had no flavor because the seasoning was terrible. I guess we are spoiled to Papa's and Beers in SC. I grill more authentic hispanic food at home. No way Jose. Feel bad for the staff but they warned us.

This place is one of our go to dinner spots when we feel like eating out. It’s always busy but we are quite used to that, we had 4 adults and 2 kids (a 3&4 year old) Everything was pretty good until our checks came, we had 2 separate checks... on review of the checks we noticed that they had already added gratuity to the check which has never happened before. We usually leave well over a 20% tip, however this did not sit well with me being that we eat there a lot, in fact one person with us works at the one in pigeon forge and they do not do that there. We approached the manager, who became a bit hostile saying you don’t have to pay it if you don’t want to. It left a bad feeling that the server (we always get the same lady) did not think we were going to leave her a tip so she added gratuity to make sure she got her money... This is the second bad experience with this location, the first was we were completely ignored by a our server for refills and such once he found out we were locals... I think from now on we will drive the extra bit to the location in pigeon forge

We were staying nearby so we walked over to order takeout as the restaurant was super busy on New Year's Day. Went to the bar and the bartender was very busy but eventually was able to take our order and was friendly and professional. Food came out in reasonable amount of time and bartender asked if we needed chips/salsa (yes) and prepared that as well. Overall, service was good. The place was loud, busy, and active, not in a bad way. Food was...okay. The special burrito was okay, a little spicy so that the kids couldn't really eat it. The quesadilla was fine. The fajita salad w/ steak was decent, and the avocado dressing was spicy, which meant again that the kids could not really eat that. Chips were good. Salsa was chunky and okay. Prices for the area were pretty good. We did not order any drinks, which is sometimes the draw at these types of places. Overall, it was fine.

Went to Gatlinburg on a day trip this week and went to No Way Jose's for lunch. Wow, what a great lunch. My son had fajitas and I had the enchiladas. Despite a wait that was induced due to occupancy/virus restrictions, once seated the food came out quick. I recommend the chile con queso dip, fajitas and enchiladas.

We enjoyed our evening here, the booths were right next to a little river, enjoyed the water view. Our margaritas were very good. Our server was very friendly, and helpful, everybody was happy with their fajitas and enchiladas. Portions were big, so we had leftovers to enjoy the next day. The restaurant looks inviting and fun from the outside, when you get inside, it doesn’t disappoint at all! We will be back and it created a memorable night with dear friends.

What a really, relaxing place. It is in downtown Gatlinburg, so there was a little bit of a wait, but there paging system is great! Food was really good! The wait staff was friendly and professional. One little issue is options of seafood as a replacement on their salads. My wife is a pescatarian and wanted shrimp rather than chicken on a salad. It was explained that they cannot do something like that. We could of ordered shrimp on the side, but it would have been only 5 small shrimp. The waiter suggested the shrimp fajitas which was a good replacement and the shrimp was plentiful and large. Just odd that we couldn’t get the substitution we wanted. I still gave it a five for the food and the wait service - we don’t blame him for the lack of substitutions.

Once we were seated we got the chicken and steak fajitas for two and it came out every fast. The pina colada was great and chips were perfect. Only complaint is the amount of people seated in close proximity. Only part of the building was being used? Other than that our experience was great and we’ll definitely be back again some day

Do not go here, find a better and local joint. We wanted a quick small filler meal and are huge lovers of Mexican food so we stopped in. But this was a sad excuse of Mexican food. We were originally seated at a wobbly and dirty table and asked our server if he would wipe it down because it was wet. He looked annoyed walked away without saying a word and came back ask us rudely to move us a to a new table. Our now new server, Margaret, was pleasant and did fine. The food however was the biggest disappointment, chips were puddles of grease, salsa is a chunky pico like mix, and my cup had food stuck to the inside. My son’s nachos were pools of grease as well and soggy within minutes. My husband’s and my tacos were emptier than Taco Bell’s and had a cleaner taste to them. We ordered a side of rice and got a child’s side portion and it was flavorless. I hope others have a better experience than we did, but we will not go back.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. Both adults and kids liked the food and the prices are very reasonable. The location is great -- close to parking and right on the main street in downtown Gatlinburg. Definitely worth a visit!

Food was ok, salsa was just chunks of tomato, onion, and peppers, pretty spicy, did not like it very watery, but chips were good. I had fajitas which were great. The wait staff seemed overworked and I felt like I was a bother to them for being there. Our waiter had his mask pulled down and no social distancing for tables, NO Covid protocol that I could see here. They could do better. I would do take out only here in future.

We enjoyed eating here. We arrived around 1:30 for lunch and were lucky enough to score one of the few spots in their free lot. We also didn’t have a wait, however larger groups seemed to have a small one. We had the Fiesta avocado appetizer, which did not disappoint. The free chips were great, however the salsa was mediocre. We ordered the shrimp and tilapia tacos which each had their own interesting salsa on top(one pineapple and one was a mixed fruit salsa). They were both delicious and so was the rice! Took a little while to get our check, but overall the waitstaff was attentive.

Dinner here was quick and service was great, we were a party of 8 so we expected to wait a bit for seating. We were seated quickly despite being a extremely busy holiday weekend (Labor Day), we waited maybe 30 min to be sat.
Chips and salsa were good, margaritas good, slightly on the strong side but very tasty. Steak fajita tacos were very good, the sweet masa is a nice touch. Kids menu was not the greatest to choose from, my almost 3 year old ended up eating my steak tacos over her ground beef one from the kids menu.
Staff quick and accommodating, food came out very quickly too which was shocking since the restaurant was extremely busy.
