I'm so disheartened to have to give this review, because we have eaten here several times and love the food, I called ahead before we came to restaurant to make sure they were open and lady on phone said very rudely they were. I blew...that off thinking maybe it was just a bad day. Upon entering restaraunt our greeting was waitress at the door complaining to another waitress about having to take phone orders. She escorted us to a booth and asked about drink orders. My boyfriend asked for a bottled beer and I got a diet pepsi. When she returned to the table she had a beer in a glass. My boyfriend said im sorry hun I asked for a bottle and she completely ignored him. Then as she was walking away he said ma'am im sorry I asked for a bottled beer. She snatched the drink off the table and walked less than two feet from us and yelled I need a bottled beer! They never told me ( which we had ) . Literally every person in the room could over hear how rude she was . When she returned to the table, her response was are u ready to order,at that point we were upset and my boyfriend told her she prolly could have been a little more professional with how she handled the beer situation because it was an easy fix and she very rudely told him she was sorry things weren't being handled the way he wanted them to and began to tell him he had not told her that's what he wanted she was very confrontational with him,I asked to speak with a manager and he told us he would give us a new waitress. Well they couldn't find because the initial waitress was talking about us so loud we could hear her across the room because she was the one at the door when we came in and because we didn't except her friends rudeness she told the manager she didn't want to wait on us. So one of the cooks came out to wait on us and the guy was very polite and professional except before we could order the initial waitress walked by and told him to make sure my boyfriend got his bottled beer, again loud enough for the entire area to over hear. When the gentleman waiting on us returned to our table we apologized told him we enjoyed the food there but could not bring ourselves to order because the initial waitress had ruined the entire dining experience. Worst experience ive ever had in a restaraunt ever. We apologized to the manager on the way out told him we enjoyed the food there. But her service will keep us from ever stepping foot in there again.More

Great food and even better service! Steaks, salads, pot pie, and more! Tricia got 13 of us in quickly during one of the busiest times of year and Skylar was a stellar service. Slices of cake as big as your head! Highly recommend!!!

I had the Big Pig (pulled pork on a brioche bun). I love pulled pork and of all that I’ve had, this is one of the top 2. The sauce was very nice and tangy. The roll was toasted just right. My friends’ meals were...also very good. The cinnamon apples melt in your mouth. Literally, just melt. I would definitely eat there again.More

We tried this jam packed restaurant on a couple getaway on 12/27/2020 because it was close to our lodge and had good reviews. We had the best experience! Due to short manpower that night, our waiter Sammy just happened to be the manager. With too...much experience eating out :) we are delighted to say this was the best customer service ever! All our food was great and timely. Sammy and our bartender made sure our beers never ran dry. Live music was also a bonus on a Sunday night. When in Gatlinburg again, we will revisit for sure!More

We stopped in Three Jimmy’s for lunch today and we were BLOWN away. We had a group of 30 (high school kids, plus parents) and they absolutely rocked it. Our drinks stayed refilled, our food came out quick, and our servers were so friendly. Best...part of all is our food was AMAZING with LARGE portions. Will definitely by back next time we are in the area.More

Just a few minutes out of a crowded Gatlinburg, this genuine locally owned and operated restaurant offers amazing beers, ribs, and smoked chicken. My wife opted for a pizza, and she was so happy. I wish all restaurants during my visits were like this one.

When in the area we always look for new places to eat. It's not on the main drag in town. It is a little bit of a drive. But worth it. We all enjoyed our lunches. We definitely will eat there again when in the...area. Daughter had the chicken pot pie. I had the patty melt. And my husband had the chicken strip meal. The french fries were amazing. Not sure what kind of batter was on them. But the flavor they had was very good.More

I pride myself on writing helpful, no BS reviews. So here’s mine for Three Jimmy’s. I see a number of negative comments about this place on other reviews. Honestly I can’t imagine what place they went to. Our food was terrific, the place was clean,...and everything came out quickly. But the high point was the service. Our server is named Johan, and he is absolutely everything you want in a server. Polite, fun, helpful, you name it. He knocked it out of the park, and then some. Give it a shot! Ask for Johan and you will not be disappointed!!More

Yes. I had a friend have his wedding reception there. They have a back room that will seat ~50 people. They did a great job with my friends reception. Hope this helps.
